It is a very challenging course, very scenic and everything you need for golf. The only problem being it was so darn slow to play. People taking way to much time per hole. Some trying to find their balls in the water. Would recommend it to others but warn them about the slowness on the course.
Cart path only
It rained 2 days before my round, course was a mud track, does not drain well. Shots in fairway were plugged to the point it was difficult to find ball.
Swampy
Don't know why the course was so wet? Still a good deal but conditions of fairways could have been better.
Very Nice
Very nice course. Conditions were a little wet but it was still very nice.
A little gem in the hot deals!
I shot 65 my first time playing here. If there is a lot of rain the course will be absolutely soaking wet. The greens are really good they roll really well. The bunkers are really good. The rough around the greens are really good. A lot of the whole designs are really really good. Overall this is a pretty good golf course it’s just unfortunate that the staff is pretty rude.
Nice course
Other then the fairways were a little muddy from recent rains, rest of course in great condition.
Ok nothing great
Doesn’t dry well after rain. Greens fairways and tees ok. I play here 2or 3 times a year and enjoy it but not one of my favorites. But I will return
Value, Value, Value
I'm a Canadian Snow Bird and I keep coming back to Crown Park. I play other courses when I'm in Myrtle Beach but Crown Park is my pivot point. Everything is how I like it and the staff is above and beyond. BJ the cart loader makes my day. Thank you Crown Park and staff.
Hit it well
Cart path only put it close to path most of the time good chance to work on shot selection
Very nice course
My husband and I liked this nice looking and great playing course! Lots of room but also very challenging! We definitely will play here again!!
Over priced
Over price for the season and poor course conditions. It was also cart path only which we didn't know.
Not a very good experience for my first time, and course, in Myrtle Beach. Hope the others will be better!
Great course
Course was in a good shape. Lots of challenges with lots of water.
Slow pace of play
The course does not have a ranger and play backed up from the 7th hole to the 18th. I ran the course to see the problem all play was 2 or less players where a good starter could consolidate to enhance play. We ended up playing the front nine twice.
Beautiful Day on the Course
My temperment could have been better, but the course was very picturesque.
