Aberdeen Country Club - Highlands/Meadows

Very good condition for early spring. Greens rolled true but not real fast. Pace of play was good but had to wait to start second nine.

Everything was nice with one exception. You need to get a ranger! We followed a foursome for 12 holes and they were very slow and wouldn’t let anyone through. It made our round leas enjoyable.

Challenging but gettable. Was cart path only for entire day even though fairways were pretty dry. Greens in great shape. Always a fun place to play

Course was in good condition and have always found the course layout to a pleasant challenge. Having played Aberdeen many times through the years staff usually is friendly and engaging. However that was not the case this time. From bag drop, to check in to ranger to starter just just curt, not pleasant and dis interested. Doubt it would prevent us playing there again because we have played so many times throughout the years with a different experience. But a tad disappointing.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Course was in good shape for the amount of rain from the previous day.

Overall was a good day and the course had good character through design. I felt the $65 price tag was a bit much for the overall course condition.

We caught rain on 13th hole so didnt finish. Course was fine but barely worth the rate.

Had an enjoyable round except for the pace of play. Probably should have passed the group in front with the health flag.

Course is interesting and challenging. Greens were in great shape (although will be aerated next week).

Note: serious golfers should invest in the course book because several holes require local knowledge. Only $5.

I recommend this course as a nice last round on your way home if heading north on highway 9 from Myrtle Beach.

Solid course, would say it’s above average compared to others in the area. Only one green that wasn’t in really good shape. Some fun golf holes

First nine pace of play was great . 2 nd nine slow play .greens and fairways good conditions.

Golf course was in great shape, not overly difficult, but has challenges in certain places. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We are definitely putting this course at the top of our list to play in the future.

The greens were quite thick and green, almost like putting on carpet. With lots of undulations on the greens, and slowness (think 8 or 9 on the stimpmeter), very difficult to putt. I will go back when the course has dried out more to see if the greens have sped up. Interesting layout with lots of challenges with doglegs and water hazards.

Très beau terrain, très belle place payer en 50 et 60 $ c’est raisonnable. Les verres sont pas rapides mais très plaisant à jouer ce terrain

Not a bad layout. Greens were nice but slow. Fairways are good but the rough is pretty well just sand. The pin placements on one nine were not fair. Many were not even a flag length off the green edge. Staff were awesome and range is good
