Great course for the Money
The Duke was in pretty good shape overall. This was the first time I played it this year after overseeding. Great results. Better than most courses is Phoenix area , for a much better price.

Fun time
My stars on condition was not there fault . Storm had soaked areas of the course and it was just coming out of oversees . I am sure it will be amazing once it grows back in.

Over seeding completed but looking good
Cart path only right now. Their current date to remove this rule is 11/7/22. However it’s looking good and that date will likely be sooner. Greens were looking good but definitely not rolling as fast as they should. Still worth the price if you get a good deal. I’d be more disappointed if I paid their rack rate. Overall a fun course I would like to play again.

First time
Enjoyed the round. Car path only was a bit of "push" but finished 18 holes.
Greens were slow and thus left many puts short. I contribute that to then overseeding conditions. Like to come back again.

Cart Path only so pace was a little slow, but fully acceptable. water and water damage on the course due to the heavy rains. They were still working on pumping some water off and trying to make repairs.
