Closer than you think!
This is a nice course and is fairly priced. The drive is easy(avoid rush hour).
Improvements , conditioning excellent
Still smelly dirty bathrooms, in wonderful western clubhouse. Otherwise great experience.

Need a Marshall
This is a very nice course and was in better shape than most around the area for April. Unfortunately it took 5 hrs to play a round due to a foursome holding up play 2 groups ahead of us. Nothing worse for golfers than having to wait on every tee-box. In fact there was one hole with five groups, three of which were waiting For that reason alone, I cannot recommend this course to others. Fortunately it was not an extremely hot day we played so it was tolerable.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback as we will use your review to better the experience going forward. We hope you give us another try in the near future!
The course was a lot better than the last time I played there. Would gladly go back and play again. The greens were awesome.

Easy to find,easy check in,carts with sand and ice chests, water bucket for towels, ice machine for us, water on course for us, can’t take carts to car, tees good, fairways good, bunkers with not much sand, greens putt pretty nice, roughs dry , played in under 4, still water in play on 1,2,3, good to play now that prices are down

Amenities closed
No beverage cart on a hot April Day & the grill is closed. Course is in so so shape. I wouldn't make the trip to Maricopa to play here again for the price.

Didn’t see like they were properly staffed no food ( besides hotdog) no cart girl.. for the cost

pretty good except for the bunkers
I like this course except for the bunkers. They day I played the bunkers were like dried out mud. On the front 9 they were as hard as a rock! It didn't even look like sand. The back 9 was different, They had white clean sand and were easy to work out of. Everything else was great!

Excellent shape right now
Haves played this course many times and the course has made many improvements since the last time I played. They have put PGA tour sand in the bunkers on 9. 16 and 18 and hopefully will continue that on other holes. Greens look great and putt very well. Forgot how big and sloping they are so one can have a lot of long lag putts. If this course was closer to where I lived I would be playing it every week. It is in that kind of shape and good challenging layout.

Disappointing
This used to be a well-maintained course, which we played often. In the past year or two, the course has deteriorated. The fairways were so dried out and rock-hard that you needed an iron to "junk" out of those dried-out fairways. I'm glad I got this on a GolfNow Hot Deal, because if I had priced their full price, I would have asked for my money back. Sadly, we won't be going back again any time soon.
