Nice greens and staff.
Played here a few times and always worth the drive from the SE valley. Good chipping, putting and driving range. Friendly staff. Good greens and pace of play. Most fairways were nice, but some were thin and dry. Good flat tee boxes. Cart girl was frequent and nice.Beers and food afterward were on par or better than most sports bars. There can be mosquitos during the monsoon season, so bring bug spray then.

Great time!
Got paired up with another single. Had a great time and made a new friend! Hope to see you again, Ken!!! As a twosome, we played a full round in about 3-hours. Typical condition for the desert summer. Fairways and greens were firm and hard, but the greens were in good condition and puts rolled true. Nice compared to many other courses this time of year.

Fairways cut too short
Overall, the fairways are cut too short and need water. It’s like hitting off of dirt in most fairway lies.

Pace of play
Got off earlier than our Tee time. Breezed through all 18 holes. Greens were in very good shape. Some maintenance on the outskirts of the fairway but not of any concern. It was nice to see the effort to improve the course.

Hard, dead fairways
Most fairways are starving for water. Very dry, mostly hard. Can't take a divot. Greens are not great. Grass around greens are OK. About the only place where grass grows is around the greens. Strange that a few fairway bunkers were full of water. Very strange. Course used to be immaculate years ago. Those days are gone and I'll be playing elsewhere this summer.
I agree.The Duke at HardPan Alley is what we call it.
The problem is they make money and they dont care.Your assessment is dead on
