Scottsdale Silverado Golf Club

‘We thought it had rained the night before as various pooling of water spots on course. Muddy in places and front of greens very soft.

Silverado is the best. Staff is awesome. Course is in beautiful condition. Tee boxes were a little rough. Sat/Sun move tee markers considering how much play. Green were great. Fairways even better

We will definitely play this course again next time we are in Scottsdale. Course was nice and staff were extremely friendly.

Stayed at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort and wanted to play local. Found this gem as a single and played with a few other traveling businessmen. Greens were true and quick while the layout was more resortish (as in easy layout). Travel hack: Resort fees comp’d if you play here!

Fun course. It’s in great shape. Stafff is very friendly and helpful. Got paired up with another twosome that was a lot fun. I’ll really had a nice afternoon

Overall course was good. However, there were areas of standing water and numerous muddy spots on course.

1st played this course 2013 and I just keep coming back. Silverado is just a great way to kick off a good weekend of golf.

Front 9 is a good start similar looking holes, the Par 3s are long so play forward.

Then the reason I give Silverado it's 4 stars is?¿?????? The Back 9! It's a tail of two half's. Greener lusher pleasing on the eye back 9 with great layout and cool par 3s.

The course is okay, a little short. Not worth the greens fee.

Public course that feels like a private club, ferry value for the greens fee. Shorter course so good for groups with mixed abilities as well. Will go back for sure.

Great condition in mid-November after over-seeding season. Wide open, very few water hazards. Got to hit driver on just about every Par 4/5 without much worry about losing balls. Excellent fairways, rough, greens. Par 3's are good distance. This is a course you can play to see how low you go on.

Friendly staff everywhere - ranger, starter, clubhouse. Great clubhouse with restaurant and bar. Drink cart came around several times.

Cost was high for what it was though - paid $100 for a twlight tee time. 8 minute tee time intervals meant waiting on several holes on the front 9. Course should look into upgrading carts - no windshield, no sand for divot repair, no coolers with water, and the parking brake didn't work.

Worst golf experience this year. Got paired with three 80 year olds. Slow, crap golf. Starter was unfriendly and unwilling to let me play with group thread. Played 9 and quit. Wish I could get my money back. Would score zeroes if there was that option. Stay Away!!
