First time playing course and it was enjoyable. Course in good condition.
Love Sherman hills
My crew and I play Sherman hills very often. We travel around on Saturdays and play multiple courses in the Tampa Bay Area. Sherman hills is a no frills solid golf course. Staff is super friendly, course is in really good shape overall. The course layout is nice and they let you drive the golf carts literally next to the greens so if you have trouble walking this is a great place. If your looking for a fancy course this place might not be for you but if you want a awesome course in great condition at a great price with a nice bar/ restaurant for after the round this is the place!!! We’ll be back soon
The terrain is amazing
This course is filled with very “hilly” holes, very consistent fairways and greens with an ok driving range. A very different change of scenery compared to most golf courses in the area.
Saturday Tee Time
Was greeted by a very friendly gentleman at the pro shop. I think Todd. Course was in good shape and the greens are super fast. Pace of play was ok, we were a twosome and expect to get slowed down by foursomes. Cuban sandwich at the turn was excellent!!
Great time
3rd time playing here and since the last time I played they have cleaned up back 9 , looks great. Greens felt soft and slow but were in great shape. Great value for the money!
Review
Shermin Hills is a beautiful course, nice fast greens, wide fairways with not too much water or sand hazards.... staff is always friendly and helpful......well worth the ride from Port Richey....
Pleasantly Surprised
Played the course in early October. Course was in pretty good shape. Some spots on the fairways that are a little spotty, but greens were good and layout is fun. Pace of play was great. Played 36. First round in about 3:40 and the second round in under 3:30. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Price was good, around $55 for the first round and $35 for the replay.
Nice course with varied types of terrain.
The course in great condition which have improved since last year.
Greens
Greens were very true rolling and approach shots stuck. They had recently done some work and there were a few issues around the fridge. Other than that the greens are a real pleasure.
