Sherman Hills Golf Club

Course was in great shape there was two greens under repair which should be open soon temporary greens were available on two holes but the course was enjoyable to play in fabulous condition!!!

Overall the course is in great condition. They re-built 13 and 14 green on the back nine at a coming in beautifully. I met the owner and superintendent who was very friendly and said they should be playable in another 3 to 4 weeks. Overall the greens are in superior condition but there are a few green set have a few spots that are a little rough around the edges by the collar but they roll True and hold a ball as well. I recommend this course to anyone. My favorite part of the whole course is the front nine plays kind a like a link style course

The nines are completely different from each other. The front is largely open and forgiving, the back has more tree-lined fairways with shape. 2 temporary greens while they are well on their way to redo the originals. Always friendly and helpful staff that engage with you.

Love playing this mostly links style course. Only negative is they are rebuilding greens on holes 13 and 14 so have a couple of temp greens set up. Hole 17 green could use some fixing mostly on the back side of the green. Over all course is in nice condition. Would have no problem recomme ding this course. I come down to Florida during the summer months And this is one of my favorite go to courses.

Other than the two temporary greens, which are due to open back up in the fall, the course was in really good shape. Putts rolled true, staff was great.

It's been a few years since I played this course. I found it in good shape and enjoyable. (Only played 9 holes). Staff was extremely friendly. I will return

Really like to play Sherman Hills. It's a fun course to play. Shot my best round here a few years ago. They are in the process of fixing a couple of greens on the back 9. They were pretty bad. I feel that they need to fix 17. There is really no good place to put the pin and it's another that they should maybe kill and redo. These things shouldn't keep you from visiting this course. It's worth the play.

Several greens on the back nine were in the worst conditions that I've ever seen on a golf course. The greens were covered in fungus. It's unfortunate because I've shot my best two rounds (78 & 79) there, but don't have any intentions on coming back.

Have played this course many times. Like the feeling of “being away”. Very quiet surroundings…Sure the course needs some help. Several greens are under repair…. See for yourself. What’s important the conditions or the ombiance.

Fun course. Elevation changes. Undulated greens. Some greens were under repair which I won't hold against the course conditions. I appreciate them putting the effort into getting them back in playable shape. Great service.
