Sherman Hills Golf Club

Layout is Links style. Conditions on tees and fariways were OK. The greens need work. Don't know if they had fungus issues or some other disease, but the greens on the back nine were not good. A few weeks ago they had a couple of temporary greens and the regular greens

have lots of "splotches" on them. They tried to cover this up with some green sand/paint, but it doesn't help

Greens little long and sloe ,fairways little sparse on grass number12 green rough.

I played on a Monday and the course was mostly empty. Got in a 3 hour round. The only negative comment isthat 4 greens on the back 9 are in rough shape and have been for several months. They are in major need of repair.

There are a lot of elevation changes and that is unique for a Florida course. I will definitely will play again.

We enjoyed the front nine, pace was great and course conditions were just fine.

We go straight to 10th hole and 5 people had jumped ahead of us and were going to tee off. We were a twosome and asked if we could go ahead of them since we just finished the front nine. They refused and were very rude. We had to play the front nine again. Needless to say we won’t be back.

Nice layout but some of the greens on the back are really in bad shape. Did a hot deal so good value in that regard. Liked it though.

Course, for the most part is great, but there are 3 holes on the back 9 that are not maintained very well. Starting with the par 3 13th hole, where the green is in non playable state in many areas. The same is true for the 14th green and the 15th holes is not maintained. It's like you are playing another course. It's been this way for years with no obvious attempt to repair ?

Rest of the course was in great shape.

Sherman Hills has a solid design and set-up. The greens were is good shape, except for two on the back that had some sandy/dead patches. They rolled true...but were VERY slow. They were in good shape, as were the tee boxes. The fairways and rough were in decent shape. The course offers several holes that golfers can really score, and that put wedges in their hands for their approach. For the price...the course was Great!

Always enjoy playing here. A few greens need help but for the price you can’t go wrong. Ice cold beer and friendly people.

Great course. Well maintained. Some holes can be a challenge. Lunch. Course is going to be renovateding number 13 and number 14 green's Well worth the money..

Some greens are in need of some serious work especially 18.

Have now played this course 3 times in the last 3 weeks. The front nine continues to be the best part of the course. Greens and fairways are in good shape and fairly wide open. Back nine totally diffetent. 5 of the 9 greens have some kind of damage and ate almost unputtable. Fairways are narrow and tree lined so you better be straight or your going ro be in trouble. Almost better to get on the green then just take 2 for your putts as they are that chewed up.

Last played this course 3 to 4 months ago. Some greens need work especially 18. Had a putt and as soon as I struck the put the ball literally bounced 8 inches straight up. But oeverall course is getting better

I really liked the course. I liked the layout of the course, felt the fairways were very generous off the tee. If you're a high handicapper, you'll enjoy how generous the layout is. Yes, there were a few holes on the back that are struggling a little, but I'm golfing in February, so not a big deal at all.

I recommend the course, thought it was good value for the money and I will play it again when in the area. Cart guy pulling out carts pulled a cart right to my car. Nice touch!!
