About
Located about an hour from both the Monterey Peninsula and the San Francisco Bay area is Eagle Ridge Golf Club in Gilroy, a city known as the "Garlic Capital of the World" and just east of Santa Cruz. Eagle Ridge's 18 holes of modern-designed championship golf are set amongst the oak forest foothills since it opened in 2000. The golf course features six sets of tee boxes, 92 bunkers, three lakes, seven creeks and also features many multi-tiered greens so it can play as challenging as golfers of any skill level would like. Eagle Ridge Golf Club also features full practice, restaurant and clubhouse facilities.

Nice course, poor customer service
There was a freak rainstorm the day we played most recently (I've enjoyed it in the past) and we were forced to quit play after only 6 holes. There was no forecast of rain by anyone. It rained, hailed, thundered... Left the course unplayable... And still Eagle Ridge maintained a "No Rain Checks" policy. Greens fees down the tubes. No offer of a discounted future round or anything. I feel like the course was happy to take my money with no concern for my satisfaction and at this point I have very little interest in returning.

Outstanding, very challenging course which is well worth the money.
Bring your A game!
The course is not terribly long, but you had better stay out of the bunkers, they are too extreme for my taste. Greens are smooth and fast, but don't get above the hole if you want to be able to avoid a three putt!
Good course. Tough bunker play.
Fast, undulating greens. Narrow approaches on several holes. Stay out of the rough!
Great Course!!!!
I had a great time and the Pro shop staff were excellent. The greens are perfect. Hard course unless play smart. A yardage book with green sizes is a must!
