Fun relaxing course
Course and fairways are pretty good and the greens are a little slow and really bumpy. So, if gonna keep score, we count max 2 putt. Other than that, 9 holes can be played in about an 1 1/2hrs or even less with a cart of course.
Excellent for a small course
Nice mix of long par 3, short par 3, and a couple short par 4
Did not use driver but did use 3 wood
Wind made it a bit more challenging
Greens are not perfect but good enough
Just a warning!!! Call before you book on Saturdays.
Just a Warning….The tee time you book Saturday mornings may not be the time you tee off.
We arrived 15min. before our tee time, only to find out they have a Kids “First Tee” lesson on Saturdays, and the tee time will be delayed 40min., which was ok since we were not in a rush.
But hole 9 was closed, and the kids were practicing on the first hole, so we were told to skip hole 1 and 2, and start on 3.
Overall the course itself is decent for practicing or just beginning. However, make sure you call if you plan to golf on Sat. Morning to see if they are doing lessons.
Thought it would get better!! Daisies are growing on the greens on a Sunday!!
Daisies are growing on the greens and they look like the same ones from last time I spent money here!!
The course is under repair at this time. on some of the fairways the grass is turned over for repair, some big and small areas.
Had a great round, actually the best I have ever had. Played an orange ball and a white one, I wanted to work on my game. Mostly my driver and irons of which I am always reluctant to use. First, my driver (I slice most of the time), When I hit my driver today I surprisingly hit every fairway and averaged about 200 yards ( I am 73 years old). Two drives did slice and one hooked but stayed inside the fairway. My P, 8 and 9 irons I hit hit solid and straight, did not have to hit my 6&7 irons. With the white ball I parred the course, with the orange ball I was 4 over and I played the course twice to complete the 18. I am not sure what I did right on this day but I will take it. I do keep score and I do put down my strokes for each hole played, I won’t cheat myself, because it only hurts me. I hit all my putts and hate gimmes, I can miss a one foot putt as well as a 20’ putt.
Practice
My friends and I like to come and just get some practice. We have the. Nance to use all of our clubs should we have the need or just work on hitting fairways and working on our iron shots.
Horrible
No one was working upon arrival and about 20 people were just standing outside waiting. Eventually people just started playing because they got tired of waiting. The course it’s self was not well maintained, the green felt like you were waking you on multiple layers of loss carpet. The tee boxes are way to close to the last holes greens. The course is so tight, if you hook or slice, you’re hitting someone on the adjoining fairway or tee box. People were playing in flip flops and no shirt. The course was cheap but, didn’t expect it to be that bad of a course. They definitely do not care about what goes on here.
This course is not worth playing on.
Staff was rude, greens are a joke. Wasn’t pleased with the pace, overall disappointed. At least it’s cheap!
Work on your game!
Course was great! You have a lot of beginners on this course so the pace is a little slower. Gives you a chance to work on your golf swing mechanics. The only downside is hole 9 is being used for training on Saturday. You would need to replay one of the holes to get a full 9 in. For the price it's a great place to play to work on your game.
New Golfers Paradise!
I'm new to golf and really love this place. The shop has amazing deals on used clubs and full sets of irons! Only downside I can say is the greens need work. Feels like a 4x4 putting experience with the amount of bumps and weeds. All in all amazing place to play and have fun!
course is playable & fun
the course is 9 holes playing 18 . two tee positions for each 9 holes
on weekends or when we play saturday, the 9th hole is unavailable to play do to young children’s event.
This is unfortunate because the 9th hole is quite a challenge.
Practice course
Great practice course decent fairways good course to really practice on your direction. Irons and could even get some good shots with driver. One thing I will say is the greens could use some attention due to poor greens, putting properly for birdie, or for par was difficult.
