Pajaro Valley Golf Club
Originally designed by Floyd McFarkland, Pajaro Valley Golf Club has large Monterey Pines lining its generous rolling fairways. Elevated tees provide scenic views of the Pajaro Valley below. Opened in 1922 and redesigned in 1962 by Robert Muir Graves, the course features small bentgrass greens and four ponds with water in play on three holes. The fourth is one of the course's most challenging holes, a 420-yard par 4 with triple-tiered green. The course also was once the home of former U.S. Open champion Olin Dutra, who spent the last part of his career teaching here.

What a great course nice open Fairways and elevated greens in great condition
This course could be awesome. However, very poorly maintained. Very friendly people, not sure course is in such bad shape.
Glad they’ve revisited afternoon rates for seniors midweek
Completed 18 holes in less than 4 hrs in spite of failed cart battery..Staff was friendly and responsive to bring out new cart
Good Value, Decent Course
It's a mostly wide open course with decent variations of holes. The hills make this course play tricky. and you really need a rangefinder to know your lines from the tee. also the fairway yardage markers are poor.
The grass is in ok shape, but the greens are pretty nice.
They really need some on-course food options. Especially since there was no food available in the clubhouse at 4pm either.
$40 including cart at 2:30pm on a summertime Sunday in California? Yes please! Course in decent enough shape. Some very thin areas in some parts of the fairways but no complaints here. Greens also in decent shape and challenging. Layout is wide open for the most part; hard to lose your ball. Some interesting and fun elevation changes. Nice pro shop staff. Facilities outdated but really clean (which is all that matters!). Great value!
Nice course, good views, needs some upgrade
Greens were great. Needs small upgrades like yardage markers on course, par distances on tee signs, more water on course, a map of the course on the scorecard. A good walking course for those who are in decent shape. Enjoyable.
This course is in very good condition. The greens ran pretty true and most of the course was in very good condition. I had a shot that should have bounded up onto the green by there was a large very wet area in front of the green and the ball got mired down into it. It was one of my best approach shots, too.
Nice layout no frills
I like the layout but fairways need help, no ball washers no hole discriptions no yardage markers, greens in nice shape, a little expensive for this course, need senior rates, I play a lot of very good course that are much less expensive than pajaro golf club! Very pretty course and nice views, so a lot going for this course, could be very good with a few changes! I play a lot of golf and golf courses, I did enjoy this course!
I liked the layout very much. Lots of hills, side slopes, nice greens. It is a bit run down and the fairways need attention, but not much traffic and enjoyed it very much.
Huge improvements and friendly staff
The course is really good shape right now, the new management has made some good improvements. this course is finally living up to some of the promise it had for years.
GM was rude and disrespectful and short tempered. I will never be back as long as this new GM is working at the course too bad its good course but I will never recommend it to anyone
