Whisper Creek Golf Club

Great layout and nice condition. Tee Off had a great hot deal at 1:30. The people in the Pro shop were very kind and friendly. I traveled 40 miles to play Whisper Creek.

Tee boxes definitely needed watering as well as 3-4 greens. Otherwise great track and speed of play was under 4 hours teeing off at 9:30.

There is a very serious fungal problem going on at this course. Most tee boxes are in terrible do to the diseased Turf.

It appears to be in the fairways and greens as well. Luckily the greens rolled well so I stopped short of a 1 star review.

Save your money. It's not worth $70 in it's current condition.

Whisper creek is a nice course with good greens. Nice fairways and tee boxes. The only issue with this course is slow play. I think because of the difficulty on some holes the play becomes very slow so increase the time between tee times or better golfers with not play here no one wants to play a 5 hour round

Weather has been rotten this year. Fairways were dry but not real hard. Perfect for me

I enjoy the course - it has a nice variety of easy and a few gimmicky holes. There were a couple of fairway bunkers that hadn't been maintained, but they're easy to avoid. Course is never crowded in spite of the reasonable price. Staff is always friendly and helpful

Whisper creek is a nice course with good greens and a good layout a linkish style course with many forced carries so difficult for higher handicap golfers. The difficulty of the course on some holes slow down the play combined with people playing for tees to far back for them. It’s a nice course but a bit over priced about 50 bucks with a cart. So wait for GolfNow deal to play for about 35. I try to go here off peak times due to the slow play.

Course is in good condition with the exception of the bunkers, which are completely absent of sand.

Finding a tee time is a challenge these days and I was happy to get a time on a weekend morning. The course played nicely as I remember but dear god the bunkers are brutally bad. Rocks, weeds, and minimal sand in most places. The tee boxes were quite long but the greens, rough and fairways were in good shape. Starter and the cart attendant were friendly as well as the Bev cart person.

We have played the course many times in the past. It has always been in great shape. But over the last year, especially this week. The fairways, rough, and greens were all really long. I would expect when you pay a premium price on a Saturday, the golf course would be in the best shape. Do they not have mowers? Very disappointing.
