Pace of play
I was warned about the pace of play on this course. I played during the week and the pace of play was not bad at all, maybe because it was during the week. I have yet to see it what it’s like on the weekends. I hope it will not disappoint. The course overall is in good shape not to mention we went through some heatwaves. Fairways for the most part were good although there was some dead spots here and there which isn’t bad at all over all. Always a challenging course specially the hilly back 9.

golf date w/ my2 sons and grandson.
It was great weather for a round of golf. I'm 83 soon to be 84. I like this course for it's location central from where we all live.
The operators keep the course looking good, and the terrain keeps it challenging with its elevation changes and hillside lies. hooray for carts w/ fully charged batteries and good brakes.
Too bad there's no driving range and the putting greens are flat considering most of the greens are undulating and slopped.
I come from Whittier and mostly play the LA county courses near me, so it's nice to get out to Corona to meet up w/ family and golf.
Come out and play this track. you'll get plenty of challenges.

Do you like playing a 3hr 9 Hole?
The course was definitely not our favorite and to us not worth going. Every hole on the front 9 we waited 10-15 minutes to tee off and on a few holes had 3 groups just backed up on. We called for a Marshal along with some others and they didn't have one (it was a Saturday). So the pace of play was terrible. The front 9 fairways were hard as rock so even if you hit a great fairway shot, good chance you still lost your ball. Back 9 was great, very forgiving, but I will not be playing this course again unless they have a Marshal keeping up the pace of play.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. The only bad hole was #8 Par 3 the tee box was in very bad shape . other then that the Couse was good.

Anything goes
The course staff makes sure you get your cart no more than 15 min. Before tee off. After tee off you can do whatever you want.
From the 1st tee a group of 8 teed off right in front of the starter. Starter splits then up and 3 holes later they do it again.
The whole day we followed an obnoxious drunk group of idiots and it was OK by the golf course. The leader of the pack wanted to fight if we didn't like it. Another thing is they were sharing clubs because two players had no clubs
The course itself is OK to play.

Great challenge
We played at 2pm on a Sunday and good pace of play. Challenging front nine and great conditions on all the course.

Jewel of a course
Challenging and fun layout. Pristine greens. Great value considering the other top notch courses around. Given all this it seems to get a bit packed and slow. Still worth it. Best course I've played all summer.
