Quarry Pines Golf Club

I have played quarry pines several times over the years. They added some very nice sand to the front 9 bunkers, and it was very nice playing out of them. The back, 9 traps were a different story. All it is is solid dirt and rocks and impossible to play out of. The rest of the course was in excellent condition. I played a week or so ago. And the greens were sanded which made it difficult putting but that has improved quite a bit My friend and I have decided that in the future.We will just drop it out of the trap to make it fair

I give it 9 out of 10.Very good value for the money out the 5 different ones I play by far best value for your buck.

Great course challenging and fun. The new sand traps on front nine are nice

We like to play this course as it is normally very nice. We had a 1:15 tee time, but started over 30 minutes later due to a frost delay. .The overall pace of play was horrible! No Rangers on the course to speed anyone up. We were not able to finish as it became dark. Carts need some work now as well as ours barely made the hills.

Will try it another time because we really like the course but if like this one again we will be done.

Love this course. Carts could use an upgrade but overall, great!

Love the course, have played here many times. Only issue is that the prices on GolfNow and at the course were not the same. It was an issue on GolfNow’s end, I get it, but the guy at the front desk had an attitude when I asked for a refund because I wasn’t going to play.

Course was in great condition. They have new bunkers on the front and will be redoing the bunkers on the back nine soon. They’re also going to opening a full driving range.

Once those updates are made it’ll be all 5 star for me!

Would not give me a refund when they tried to pair me with a awful golfer, who smelled terrible. We’re not willing to work with me to move me around. Basically said you’re stuck with what you get. Customer service was awful. I’ve been here numerous times. It’s a very nice course. In a lot of fun. But the people at the counters need a respect Training.

The course is interesting, particularly the back nine. Pace of play was so due to the foursome in front of us.. there were at least two open holes in front of them. A ranger did come around but he obviously did not tell them to pick up the pace. Disappointing

Good condition. Visually challenging. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Front nine is similar to other courses wtlith raised greens & shaped fairways. Back nine is built on the quarry & has many hill climbs. Looks difficult but if you play to the right sides of the fairways is very fair. A fun course that I will definitely play again & recommend to anyone visiting Tucson.

99 percent of the staff were very friendly, helpful and nice. The only one person who was not friendly was the person meeting you at the bag drop. He was an older man who was not friendly and was miserable. It is sad that this person gives the public the first impression of this golf course. All the others we delt with were very nice and helpful. The course was in fantastic shape

First time playing as Ive heard good things. course layout was unique in a good way. only complaint was they were a bit overdue on mowing as most tee boxes were pretty shaggy as well as the rough was pretty thick. all in all though It was playable and greens rolled pretty solid. would recommend
