Nice course, need to improve bunkers
Overall a very good layout with good tees and fairways. Greens have some patched of crabgrass that needs to be sprayed/killed off, and most sand traps are in bad shape and in need of new sand. But a good value for the layout/good condition.

Pace of play was outstanding and course was in good condition. Not a very challenging course but fun to play and the staff are wonderful.

Very nice course layout
Excellent layout, could be 5 stars with a little more care on the course conditions. They had a lot of very difficult pin placements today which made the course play tougher.

Course condition
When I played the course last March the condition of the course was much better but maybe this was typical for September when the weather is much warmer and dry. Nonetheless I had a great time. Did not play well but we won’t go there.

Course is in great shape. Greens run about 11ish. Clean fairways and tee boxes. Layout is challenging but not overly so, fairways are undulating so lie is not always flat. Not a lot or water.

Great course Layout
The course has a great track. Plenty of challenges with risk reward. Course was not in the greatest condition as they sprayed or put some type of crab grass killer down recently so there were several holes with a lot of brown dead crabgrass spots however this should pay dividends in a month or two. All in all, a really nice course.
