The pace of play at this course was very slow.

Greens are bumpy due to the new growth coming in now that it is warmer. A fun course but they need to work on speeding things up.

We've played here many times and rarely have seen pace of play so poor. We arrived to 17 tee box 4 hours and 15 minutes into the round, sat there for 15 more minutes while the two groups ahead fished balls from the pond. We chose to leave and not finish the last two holes.

We teed off at 240 and we were able to play 16 holes. Pretty pleased for winter.

Greens were not good, bumpy, some bare and lots of lots of weeds. Rough was bare in 50% of the spots. Like hitting off of deadpan.

By no means the worst conditions. Just slightly less than expected. Pretty soggy in many of the low lying areas. Greens were pretty bumpy. I would not normally pick such nits, but prices are way up all over and it’s tough to find good value. That being said, the staff was great and the layout is pretty fun. Just a little improvement in conditions would go a long way.

this is a nice little course with great people in a 55 yo community. Never met a person that was not friendly. Course was in decent shape for this time of year. Feb. I think it is the best value/ course for the area. Compared to Metro Pheonix area.

Easy to find easy check in water buckets for towels sand bottles on carts and ice chest but ice could be closer to the carts. Tees pretty good fairways watered roughs are ok bunkers now have sand number 2 green is ugly. The rest of the greens are only fair at best they don’t putt very smoothly. Played in 4:20. Price was good. Hopefully will shape up in future. Not wanting to go back soon though also water for us at start

Nice layout, greens pretty good,. One wierd rule about returning carts by 5:30, that's tight withe a 1:50 tee time, why not sunset.
