Wildcat Golf Club - The Highlands

Shot the same score on both courses. Really enjoyed my visit and will return. Two completely different golf tests. Worth your time.

We’ve played the Wildcat Lakeside course twice and wanted to switch it up with the Highland side. It was definitely more challenging and had some surprising twists—plus, the view of NRG Stadium was amazing. As always, the staff and pro shop were super friendly and the place felt like a private club. I’ll be back next week for sure.

I don’t need to go into details. Just a warning. The pro shop employees cannot do anything except run your credit card. They are better than you for sure.

Best-in-class layout and pricing that delivers great value

Interesting layout with great views. You have to think your way around. Lots of blind shots and forced carries that require precision. Multi level greens and while course was in good shape.

Fairways and greens were both in good shape. Regretfully we were cartpath only due to recent rains, but that's not the course's fault.

Overall, a fun day with a friendly staff.

Course layout is very interesting, especially for Houston. Lots of elevation change. Course in great shape. Greens are challenging.

Had a great round. The course is in really good shape, it was a little bit wet as we teed’ off very early, however, I understand because they were watering ahead of a mini drought that we are having here locally. The greens are lightning fast, be ready. Great Central location. I play here about twice a month and will definitely be back.

Never played St. Andrews but reminded me somewhat on my expectation: hilly with blind areas to play, lot of rough 'islands', windy. Greens and fairways in excellent condition (like green carpets) - best course ever played! Even better than Lakes (which is a high recommendation too and different layout). Even with no price deal it is worth it!

$125 and they do not included a single complementary item. The course itself is not in good condition and there are several in the area that give you better value. Also, it took us 5 HOURS to play 17 holes.

I had to pay $250 for myself and my wife to ride and watch. The staff could not have been more disrespectful. I will NEVER go back to this course.

Played course the first time. The course is in perfect condition; greens are like carpets, fairways we’ll prepared- only flipsides are the bunkers are firm and the ball cleaners were empty…. The layout is challenging as there are lot of blind shots and area is hilly-with a strong gusty wind I felt being in St. Andrews… It’s a must course in Houston way different to the lakes course I played before
