The Eagles Golf Club - Forest

Thoroughly enjoyed my round with very quick play (about 3 hours flat) and lots of wildlife including huge gators and eagles. Course has lots of water to avoid and very nice greens. Only negatives were the clubhouse under construction, so restrooms were a little crude and no beverage cart on the course.

Great day to golf at the Eagles. Steady pace of play with perfect weather.

Great layout and excellent conditions. Greens are fast and true. Play here if you can as soon as possible.

Played at 10:00 a m with local and his guide dog (Bella)..Enjoyed there company and showing the way around the FOREST course. To me its a beat up country club thru the swamps of Florida. Its sure not worth $50.00 golf Now deal that I paid to play.. Pace of play was great....no one playing on this day......wonder why?. Sorry to say but i'am one and done playing there.

Course has 36 holes of great golf. Even though it was bit crowded and a little backed up at times, we still got thru our round in just over 4 hrs. Course is challenging but playable for all golfers. Always in great shape with excellent greens. Play there as often as I can even tho it’s a 45 minute drive from my home in Largo and I pass numerous courses to get there.

The course was in good shape as usual Both courses are well maintained. A lot of watering being done , some spots around the green a little to soggy for my liking. Construction ongoing around the clubhouse. Greens were quick & true

1st time on the forest course. We played the lake course several. times. The check-in procedure was smooth. par 5's are shorter while par 3's are challenging.

I played the Lakes course last time so tried the Forest course. Like the Lakes, course was in great shape though a little wet. I have really enjoyed both sides and find it a great value. 50 bucks on an early Saturday morning. Look forward to playing it a lot more.

I loved the course layout. Lots of natural wooded area. Saw a 6 point buck, 7 does, and a juvenile. Sprinklers need adjusting, because many areas of the course were soggy, and we hadn't had rain in 3 days. It did start raining on our second 9, but we enjoyed the day, anyway. The two of us played the entire 18 holes in 2 hours and 45 minutes, and we're both over 70 years old.

Amazing pace of play, 3.5 hour round. Course is in great shape, from the tees, to the fairways to the greens. Greens roll pretty true and are not overly challenging, which was great for my confidence. The carts have GPS, which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone.

This is a course in perfect shape with a very friendly and professional staff.

Good layout. GPS carts are always nice to have. Greens rolled well. Fairways in good shape. Tee boxes were bad but if there’s going to be a weak link in the course that’s the part that matters the least
