About
Countryway Golf Club is an executive golf course that is known for its extremely affordable rates. Situated in the heart of Westchase, it is considered one of the best values in Tampa Bay. The layout consists of eleven par-3 holes and seven par 4s. The golf course is challenging enough for more advanced golfers but it is still player-friendly enough for beginners to enjoy. The rolling terrain provides undulations in both the greens and fairways. The hills also make for some challenging putts. There is no shortage of water at Countryway Golf Club with hazards coming into play on 14 holes. There are also bunkers strategically placed throughout.

Overall great especially for the cost
The greens were all in pretty good shape and decently fast for the most part the holes were challenging and play was fun the whole day
Best bang for the bucks
Overall the course is very clean, maintained and staff are very polite and helpful.
Countryway headed in the right direction
I’ve been to Countryway quite a few times ever since I began golfing about 4 years ago. This was by far the best visit. Course was in great shape, and it’s quite clear that they have an attentive grounds keeper who is focusing on keeping the course playable. The greens are in great shape, and rolled smooth as butter. My only complaint is with the pace of play, and that’s been a consistent element of golfing at Countryway. Highly recommend you pack your patience, but who knows maybe you won’t have the experience with the pace of play like I did.
Tranquility
This course is so worth the price, greens are partially new and great for shirt gane work. Staff is amazingly friendly! Highly recommend
Great course
I played this course in the evening and it was beautiful. The had exceptional greens and phenomenal fairways. Also a short course that is lovely for me since I don’t hit it that far. Love this course recommend for others.
Great value for your money.
Fun corse the weekends can be crowded and get a little slow, but all clubs are this way on the weekend.
Small but effective
Good course to work on short game. Course needs some time and it is getting better.
Good value
Most Florida golf courses lower their rates for the summer when the Snowbirds go home but that is a thing of the past. Fortunately, Countryway is the exception and does not try to rip golfers off.
