Seaview - The Bay Course

About
The Bay Course is one of two 18-hole courses that the Seaview offers. Designed by famed golf course designer, Donald Ross, it was the first course of the resort and it is also the more famous of the two. Over the years, they made renovations but it was eventually restored to Ross' original links design.
The greens are small and undulating and the Atlantic winds definitely play a huge role in the game. The 2nd hole is the signature hole with a yardage of 432 and a par of 4 that can where the ocean serves as a hazard. Seaview's Bay Course also hosts the ShopRite LPGA Classic.

Great Round All Around
It was a great day little misty and windy but it could not change the fact that the golf course was in fantastic shape and a treat to play on.

Tough in the wind
Very well maintained course. Took a bit to get used to the wind. Greens are average to small in size with a lot of undulations and elevation changes but rolled well. Will definitely go back and try it when it's not so windy!

Don't let the yardage fool you. Every hole is one bad shot from a train wreck. A beautiful course.

Course is a great condition. Staff was excellent. Definitely worth a revisit!
Not worth $125
Course conditions were so so. Greens were slow and very very inconsistent. Rough could have been in better shape. Looks like they haven't been putting money into the course like they used to.o.... definitely shouldn't be $124 a round.
Love this course
Seaview is one of south jerseys most beautiful courses....... right on the Bay overlooking AC skyline ..... it was a perfect day . My friends have never played and kept saying how amazing the course was and how great seaview staff is dealing with everything right now ...... it was a full course but we finished in under 4 hours evenly spread out ..... a little pricey but once in a while worth every penny
Fast round
Wind was blowing and rough was thick and greens tough to hold. Played in 2:30 after finding out when we got there all carts had to be in by 7:30!! Put a little extra pressure on us but wasn’t a problem. Always a fun course. Probably should of played from blues.

With all that is going on in the world and states. I had a great time on a great course . The flag is raised because of virus but great greens that are fast just the way I like it, a lot of birdies out there. Can’t wait to play when I get back to AC area .
Playable Course
The bay course is very playable. Wide fairways allow for some off target drives. There are two or three short par fours, 300 yards or less, and a few longer par fours. Greens are small, quick, and undulating. Not too many flat putts.
Very nice views of Atlantic City skyline since the course backs up to the bay. This also creates some windy conditions.
