Seaview - The Bay Course

About
The Bay Course is one of two 18-hole courses that the Seaview offers. Designed by famed golf course designer, Donald Ross, it was the first course of the resort and it is also the more famous of the two. Over the years, they made renovations but it was eventually restored to Ross' original links design.
The greens are small and undulating and the Atlantic winds definitely play a huge role in the game. The 2nd hole is the signature hole with a yardage of 432 and a par of 4 that can where the ocean serves as a hazard. Seaview's Bay Course also hosts the ShopRite LPGA Classic.

Same great course I have come to expect.
All grasses in really great conditions for early spring which was a cold snowy April. The greens were aerated maybe two weeks prior and they rolled pretty darn good. Windy a bit, but you’re on the bay. So some drives the wind is at your back and you can teally get a hold of some drives. Highly recommend playing this Championship Course.
Seaview on a cold day
We love playing Seaview. The course is fun to play and always in great condition. I highly recommend a trip to the AC area to play this shore jem.
Incredible course
The layout is brilliant and even on a rainy overcast day in the fead of winter the course was in top notch condition. Can't wait to go back!

Best test of links style old school golf. We had a beautiful day with gusting winds to 25 mph. Can’t be duplicated a real treasure

One of my favorites in New Jersey. Greens were quick
and a little bumpy from recent aeration.
Fun day
We were alone on the course. Considering it was 35 degrees and windy we played well. Course in great shape even with winter conditions. There were still patches of snow. Bunkers were pristine. Fairways were remarkably dry considering the recent snow and rain. Greens firm and luckily not as fast as they can be in summer. Great staff. Nice pub and wonderful restaurant. As always, spectacular views. Love the bay course, but pines is also a treat.
Beautiful Vista over marshes back to AC
Nice layout. Beautiful fairways , but greens had been aerated about a month ago and still had not filled in yet. Nice pace of play with little or no waiting. Our foursome was able to finish the round under 4 hours.
Great layout
Excellent facility but due to winter golfing there was a frost delay and putting area was closed and driving range was closed. Waited an hour to play .
Greens were aerated and extremely bumpy.
Off season pricing was a bit high for the conditions .
Beautiful course with a great view of the bay.
Our foursome had a great time golfing on the bay course at Seaview. The greens were fast and rough was unforgiving. The course was in pristine condition and very challenging.
