Strathmore Golf Centre - Rannaleroch Course

About
The Strathmore Golf Centre's Rannaleroch Course, designed by John Salvesen and opened in 1996, has already been described as a classic. The generous greens are great targets, but their undulations make for an unexpected challenge.
The four par 3s each present an individual challenge, ranging from 122 to 224 yards, while the fifth, a challenging par-5 hole, requires a 160-yard carry over water from the white tees. The-par-72 course measures 6,454 yards.
Strathmore has something for everyone, including the 18-hole Rannaleroch Course and the nine-hole Leitfie Links, a 10-bay covered golf range and a golf academy.

Always great
Play here regularly. Nice mix of challenging/friendly holes. Always good condition. Range is good. Restaurant best in the area. Would always recommend 👌
As always very good
The course was very busy but no hold ups very good course that rewards good shot positions but can also give you a kick if you get out of position
Decouverte
Superbe endroit, ce fut une réelle découverte d’un parcours super agréable à jouer
Bad start to the day
Course was great, shame about the pace of play. The booking didn't go through properly to the course. The time I booked was not on their time sheet so there was a bit of confusion on booking. We had to wait and fit in and around other players as there tee sheet was full.
Strathmore Golf Centre, a gem in Central ish Scotland.
Course brilliant, and in great condition.
Staff all lovely and really helpful as always.
Was slow as was very busy due to a promotion on that week so was expected (that's why we where there)
Love the course, it's my fav.
Only issue was (and was totally our fault) I was booking it for 2 people, and as I did the person I was playing messaged me saying booked. Would love it if one of the bookings could be refunded as money in my Golf Now account. But understand if u can't.
U can check the times of the booking.

Lovely winter morning
Really friendly staff in the pro shop and helpful with information about course condition. Amazing lunch in restaurant afterwards too. Lovely place to visit overall.

A winter round of golf , could not be faulted , course great condition, greens superbly maintained.Drainage of course first class no soggy lies. What’s no to like.
Excellent value and good pace of play.
Hidden gem
Fantastic course, always in immaculate condition. Summer greens on today and quality in January is exceptional. Superb value for money. friendly staff in all area. Don’t miss going into the clubhouse the food is spectacular.
Winter Round
Despite being frosty conditions course was still good. Winter green's are what they are, but at least it keeps the swing going. Great course in summer tests all levels of golf.
Very enjoyable game
It was a pleasure to play Strathmore. No winter matts and proper greens was much appreciated.
