Falkirk Golf Club

About
Known locally as "Carmuirs," Falkirk Golf Club is a parkland layout with slight undulation. It's a 6,230-yard par-71 course from the back tees.
Falkirk will undergo a significant renovation in the coming years. David J. Russell, a PGA Professional and golf course architect, has made several recommendations on improving the layout that will be incorporated into the course.
New practice facilities have also been added: four practice bays, a practice putting green and "short game" area for pitching and bunker play. A fully-stocked pro shop is on site, managed by resident professional Stewart Craig.

Well worth the green fee.
Nice course. Good condition given the awful weather in the run up to playing. Helpful staff in the shop. Didn't use the facilities after the round hence the average rating. Course was quiet so played 18 in 3 hours.(2ball)
Overall a great course for the greener paid.

Course in good condition teeing areas could have been tidier , greens were superb
Excellent course
Played many times. Not an easy course but very enjoyable.
The course was in excellent condition credit to green staff
A Real Gem
Great variety of holes, course in fantastic condition with greens in immaculate condition.
Will definitely play again.
No Food
Prior to starting my round I had asked starter about food on completing my round and was told yes
When in the clubhouse couldn't of met a more friendlier staff member who explained kitchen closed at 3 o'clock
The staff member did offer to make ham salad sandwiches
During season would of expected to be able to eat a meal after round disappointing end
Hard but fair.
Tough course, good challenge, very tight fairways and lots of hazards, very enjoyable.
Sunday
Friendly staff, made welcome & course was in good condition with the greens playing well
Course in good condition, some ditches filled in some trees cut down making a good course even better, still a couple of ditches I feel could be filled
so enjoyable
An excellent day for golf, was met by a very friendly starter,we spoke about playing in Portugal.!had a gread day, courde in very good condition, some greens very fast, only issue was a group of ladies who wer extremely slow !
Fairways and greens were in excellent condition, the rough wasnt too long so balls in the rough were quite easy to find. Would recomend playing here.
Excellent course will be back in summer.
Lovely course well laid out and given its location very scenic.
Holes at the start and end of course were quite wet but given the time of year and weather beforehand still eminently playable.
Greens were undergoing winter prep (15, 16, 17 on winters) that apart looked very good surface to put on.
Staff were all very helpful and friendly in pro shop and in clubhouse, made very welcome,
Excellent value and will be back for sure.
