Poor customer relations
Had to cancel due to unwell child, KLGC would not reschedule my tee time which is understandable but it wasn't said in a nice way. I'm a previous member when I was much younger, NOT impressed won't be back!!!!!!
Tough and hilly
The course was incredibly challenging and unforgiving to errant shots. The hills are unbearable and hard on the legs
Really enjoyed Kilsyth. Played on a calm sunny day with magnificent views from the course of the Campsies and surrounding countryside. A cross between a hilly country course and an American style layout was a little strange but every hole was well designed and challenging. Was playing very long when we played it. I had booked for the wrong day but the staff verw very accommodating and friendly. Due to Covid, did not go into the Clubhouse but it looks superb from the outside
An immaculate course
What an absolute gem of a golf course. Hats off to the green keeping staff for presenting the course in immaculate condition. Very well laid out with fabric pathways between greens and tees. A real test of golf.
Fantastic
Even with a wetter than ideal course, it was brilliant fun and very challenging. A couple of long and tricky Par 4s, plus a great Par 5 on the front nine very much risk and reward or risk and swim lol! Would definitely play here again, and the price was super cheap. I would say once up and running again after COVID 19 this course could be charging £25 plus. We will be back
Great value for money
Great course, great value for money, course was very wet but good conditions considering the time of year
Good value for money
Overall very good course. Nice long par 4s (especially 17th) .Greens fast and in good condition.Nice views from the 16th green
Rude
After telling the woman on the desk that we have only just started playing golf in the past few months the look that she gave us was pretty disgusting..... Like we shouldn't be playing on there course as we were beginners. Made me feel uncomfortable and not want to play the round. Will definately not be back. Also was the worst course we have played to date. Will pay a few extra pou. Ds the next time and go to one that was more welcoming
Snazzy wee contraption.
Thoroughly enjoyed the course. Weather was bad, but the course & variety of holes made up for it.
Covid restrictions in place, so much so they've a wee contraption that allows you to get your ball without using your hands.
Being local, I will be back, great course, and great value.
The course is nice little bit hilly but I like the course amazing ⛳️
Some really nice holes. A bit too hilly for me. Long walks between holes. Not well signposted for visitors. Course in good condition.
Good course
Hard to review as I played the course nearly a year ago.
Golf Now send me a link to review the course I played TODAY! and it comes up with last year's round. Well done Golf Now.
This course is a good track. well worth playing from what I remember.
Great course
Great course in really good condition. Great variety in holes with some nice views. Although there were restrictions in hitting off the fairways this was not a problem as the edges of the fairways were in good condition. Only slight negative was when a member from the group playing behind ours accused our group of hitting from the fairway. Luckily this occurred on the final hole as I found it rude and simply untrue. Overall a great golf experience and will definitely be back.
Kilsyth-Lennox
Given the recent amount of rain, the course was in fantastic condition. Greens and tee-offs in great nick also. Overall value for money and can’t wait to play during the Summer months!
Great wee course
Lovely wee course at the foot of the campsies with some stunning views. Not a long course at 6000yds but that made a nice change not pulling the driver on nearly every hole. Course was in excellent condition considering the rain we have had and the greens were immaculate. At £12 for a round I thought it was a bargain. I have paid 3x that amount to play courses nowhere near the condition this one was in. I would definitely play here again.
Will be back
Nice challenge, great scenery and well kept course.
Will be back with friends.
Might want to get all the wee tiny frogs of the green next to the pond :)
Good Condition and some nice holes
This course was in really good condition for this early stage of the season and was really enjoyable to play. I had played it many years ago but had forgotten how nice a course it was. The fact it was in such good condition made it more enjoyable. The greens were running nice and smooth credit to the keepers they must have worked hard to get it to this great standard.
