Campsie Golf Club

Hadn't played here in 35 years since I played it in junior club match. Super cheap round on offer and weather was decent.

Unfortunately club house and amenities closed.

Little bit wet in places so preferred lies in play, but the greens are in fantastic condition and pin placement certainly required good control of the putts.

Holes 8, 12 and 13 are the standout of the round

Cracking wee course disappointed as club house and pro shop kit open paid my dues online and went about my biz

Tough but fair course not for the unfit unless u hire buggy apart from that a felt like a was home peaceful but a 420 when no one looking and played delightful cracking day out defo be back and quite frankly a steal T the hot price a got you certainly won’t be disappointed

Course well maintained and greens in good condition as stated before due to area very hilly and some of the distances between holes but all in all cheap and cheerful course

Nice course, well maintained, great value, amazing views, some very difficult holes and some very gettable holes. Thoroughly recommend, I will be back....staff very friendly, can't complain at all.

Beautiful course with fantastic views. Bit of a distance between some of the holes and wet / muddy underfoot is some areas, but totally worth it for the unique experience it offers. Staff were excellent, would highly recommend.

Lovely 18 hole course with out of this world surroundings friendly staff and well maintained course

I played on Friday this week and was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the course . The course was in great condition and the small but tricky greens were in great shape and running fast . Watch out for those downhillers ! Wow! It’s an interesting course with some lovely holes with great views all around . It’s a tough test for any level of golfer some shorter par 4s but tricky . I really enjoyed my round and would definitely play it again . For £15.00 midweek don’t believe you will get better value anywhere . The clubhouse was closed when I was there but I think it only opens at weekends so I can’t comment on the food and drink aspect of the course . There are a few hilly holes but that’s to be expected given the location but nothing too extreme . There is a bit of a walk between a couple of the holes and I found the signage to the 16th tee a bit lacking as it’s a bit of a hike from 15th but all in all a great value enjoyable day out , worth a go !

This course is a hidden gem. Tucked away at the foot of the Campsie fells its one of the most scenic I have played.

The first few holes are a wee bit hilly but overall the course is extremely enjoyable with holes of variable technical difficulty.

The course is clearly extremely well maintained and was in fantastic condition the day we played.

Overall great value for money and will definitely be back.

Lovely greeting from staff at start. Course in great condition, greens very good and tricky. Some amazing holes and amazing views. Pace of play was a little bit slow due to previous 4 balls, but there was no rush in the lovely weather. Recommend for a nice visit to this lovely course.

Stunning views and go variety of holes. Greens were the highlight very fast and consistent across the course. Unfortunately only downside is no clubhouse open during the week so no toilet facilities.

Really enjoyed the course, not too long, great views, a bit hilly. Staff were really nice and welcoming. Will go back.

Course played really well and was well kept. Some of the holes were challenging in a good way. Steep hills to climb in-between holes but otherwise great course.

Hi I’m new at this golf course but the layout helped my games improve,staff are extremely helpful and course has some of the most beautiful views,I’m hoping to be a member soon

Decent course - was during a tournament day as well and didn’t feel rushed at any stage
