Great condition
Played here a few times now and its in great condition. Staff are always spot on and show true care for maintaining the place. Had a great round and will be back again.
Emptyhead
1st time playing here , course in fabulous condition fairways running forever because of the weather 🌞🌞greens fast and in brilliant condition would definitely play again
Good condition for a public course ... lot of people skip onto the course causing hold ups sometimes
None payers
The course is in great condition
But there a lot of people just jumping on and not paying.
This isn’t fair to the people who have paid
There should be checks all around the course for none payers.
Littlehill - a rough diamond.
A James Braid design, Littlehill is an absolute gem of a golf course situated in Balornock/Auchinairn, Glasgow.
An outstanding test, if you can play this course at or near par, you are a golfer of high ability.
With investment, Littlehill could be an outstanding course/venue. All it needs is the right people with vision, investment and focus on just how good Littlehill could be...
William Wilson
Well looked after, greens lovely and quick, a real credit to the greenkeepers.
Excellent council course
For a council run course this place is excellent. It’s well maintained and the greens are fast and true. Highly recommend.
Good Price, But....
£16 on a Saturday hard to complain, the course was in good condition, staff where really nice & the regulars where also helpful
Just be aware that you get a good number of folk skipping on to holes through out the course and slowed down the pace of play and they did not intend to let us play through once
Great muni course
Still early in the season & the course is in better shape that a good few private clubs about. Staff as good as the conditions.
Great course
Can't fault this course green's and fairway was perfect
Can't praised the staff member highly enough.
Best value for money course in glasgow area
Brilliant course,
Fairly flat, not too difficult. Currently winter greens as expected but still in good nick.
Very cheap as well,
Would recommend 100%
Booking
Booked online, place was all locked up and no one at the desk. Very strange couldn't play and lost my money
Poor drainage after rain.
Well maintained looking greens, each with their own characteristics, I will definitely return in spring once they come out of winter hibernation. The fairways are littered with bits of turf from folk not bothering to replace their divots but apart from that it seems a well maintained course by the GCC Greenkeepers. The drainage though is terrible and the entire course was either completely saturated or flooded, By far the wettest golf I have ever played. Not recommend if there was heavy showers the day before.
Great course for the money. Council cours. And last one in Glasgow really needs golfers to pay it some attention. Course has been in best conditions in years. Staff are really helpful. Would recommend it to anyone
