A really nice course which features a few lovely little par 3's. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Played 4 ball... Looking at course from clubhouse looked little hilly, wasnt anything worse than I've played before.

Great variety of holes, love a par 3 and these are all lengths, course in lovely condition. Greens were perfect but fast, windy on the day which it a bit challenging.

Defiantly be playing again now I know the course.

Great course even though it rained for the entire time playing golf. My son asked to join me at the last minute. The pro said we were the only ones on the course. I was charged £26 for a 12 year old boy mid-week, on an empty course in the pouring rain. I thought this was a poor show from the Pro. To put things in perspective, £26 is 50% of the total cost of his local (5 star rated) golf club membership. I thought this was a very poor show from the Pro when we should be encouraging as many kids to play golf as possible. Course was 5 stars, Pro was 1 star.

Felt slower than what it was considering the six par three holes I would say 3.45 hours was ok nice day very nice we course would be a challenge for all level of players .

I brought the family from Colorado to Scotland for a vacation and around of golf. I came across Balmore golf and it wasn't a disappointment. The staff was very helpful and the course layout was very enjoyable.

Wow , spectacular course ,zero boring holes . Challenge on every shot , immaculate greens infact the entire course is in immaculate condition. Credit to the staff.

We are going back Wednesday 20th May, that's how much we loved it.

Course is long , but not a monster, so even I thought I had a chance with GIR on most holes.

Club house staff cery welcoming, which in my opinion is very important.

This is an absolute gem of a course after the weeks of rain we have had yes fairways were soaking but all greens were on is true testament to work green keepers do to keep course open would highly recommend to to friends

Great wee course nice layout and greens where in great condition considering it’s still winter conditions. Would definitely recommend a round at Balmore .

Played here for the first time on Saturday course is in fantastic condition for the time of year with some really nice par 3 holes 100% will be back

Nothing bad to say at all about Balmore. Staff were great throughout the day. Course was excellent despite the poor weather so props to the grounds staff. Even the winter greens were better quality then any course I’ve played over the winter. Looking forward to returning with better weather to get the full experience of the greens.

Great course lots of interesting holes, congratulations to green keepers course was in excellent condition for the time of the year. What an absolute joy to go into bunkers with actual sand in them.

Our 3 ball took just over 3 hours and we didn’t even feel we were going at that pace.

Last comment was to the staff in the club house ( pro shop and bar staff) all very welcoming and helpful. Can’t wait to come back

Overall course was in fantastic condition even through frost and a night of rain , staff at pro shop very pleasant, never played a course so peaceful, not to taxing on body real nice layout and surroundings, you can tell it’s been there for a while and very well kept, will be back here again and again
