About
The Liberton Golf Club offers rolling parkland golf in southeast Edinburgh, featuring tight fairways and smallish, well-guarded greens, making for a fun and challenging round for golfers of all levels.
A round of golf at the Liberton Golf Club kicks off on Little France, a par-4 431-yarder. The next four holes - Pentlands, The Avenue, Mickey's Burn and Drumselch - are all par 4s, ranging in yardage from 263 to 385. The final hole, appropriately called The Green, is another par 4 and measures 360 yards.

Nice course
Was a very nice course with no winter greens on, which for this part of Scotland is great! Few winter tees but that can be expected. Course stroke index was strange with a short par 3 being one on the supposed hardest holes on the course...
Friendly and fun
From the very friendly and helpful starter to the beautiful settings Liberton was a pleasure to play. Not the biggest course but as a newcomer to the game it suited me perfectly.
Would happily recommend Liberton to any of my golfing friends.

Brilliant club and amazing pro shop. Staff are all extreamly helpful.
Practice facility before t off was amazing and very helpful as it was my girlfriends first ever round of golf. Offered us trollers for our clubs and made us feel at home.
Highly recommend this course to anyone . Greens are the best I’ve played on all year 10/10 Liberton.
Some challenging holes - especially if you do not know the course layout. Great staff, great price, very good course.
Great condition, not too difficult
Lovely wee course with everything in it's right place.
Course pro is very helpful and let's you know where some of the next tees are, as they aren't immediately obvious.
No par 5s, and plenty of almost reachable par 4 greens for me (mid-long hitter) so can be an ego massager!
Some greenside bunkers are pretty difficult to get out of (for me anyway!) And some greens are flanked on all sides.
Fairways and greens are in great condition, highly recommend this course!

Managed to book a tee time for Friday @ 1500 for myself. Cracking deal at £12 and managed to get a buggie also for £12. Not the longest course I’ve played but would help anyone’s short game. Nice enough lay out parking friendly enough and if that deal pops up again will defo book. It’s always nice to play somewhere different and if I was a wee bit closer would consider joining. Thanks for a nice afternoon shame about the weather as was poor until walking up 18th and sun cane out
