Sanctuary Golf Club

I really enjoyed the course. The fairways were wider than most of the courses I usually play which I'm sure helps to keep things moving although the day we played there wasn't a lot of golfers out there and my wife and I finished in about 3 hours 20 minutes. I wonder if the prices had anything to do with the light activity. I will definitely come back when I can get a hot deal again where the price was more reasonable.

Sanctuary Cove was in perfect condition and the facilities were awesome. Fairways and greens were smooth and full but manicured to allow roll but soft enough to be able to hit down onto the ball! Tee boxes in great shape. Saturday at 11:30 made for a long day! 4 hours and 45 minutes was a bit long! Only down side was no starter or ranger to monitor play. Loved everything else!

First time here after several visits to SSI and it was very enjoyable except for pace of play. There were the group in front of us and 2 groups behind us (4 groups total) all held up by one twosome! A little marshaling could have made it a perfect day for everyone. Course layout, condition, scenery and facilities were great

My husband and I are snowbirds on SSI.

Sanctuary is an easy 35 minute drive and we’ll worth the drive.

It is much more reasonably priced than the 2 SSI courses: King &Prince and Sea Palms and a lot more fun to play. K& P often offers attractive special rates but

Sea Palms charges too much and seldom has good prices.

Sanctuary has a friendly staff and we were on course before tee time. Played here when it first opened years ago. Many more houses tucked away from course.

Conditions were great

Spent my 36th Birthday playing this hidden gem in Waverly, GA. Can’t wait to go back soon. Everything was in pristine condition and the greens were so pure. Take my money again!!!

Sanctuary Golf Course was a very pleasant surprise. The course was in excellent condition with the greens being the best I have played on in quite some time. We had no groups in front or behind us. I will put Sanctuary Golf Club in my regular rotation to play again.

was looking for a course to play on the way back home from the Masters. Found on Golf Now, reviews looked good so we gambled. We were very pleased with the course and it's condition., Wish it was closer to home. We will absolutely be back.

Course had nice set up. Conditions were good, with just a few rough spots. Greens in good shape. Pace of play was average. Enjoyed the round and will play here again.

We played this course on the way up to see the Masters and was very impressed. The course is in great condition and easily met the financial value. We will consider this course as a destination for our annual golf trips. Great job.

I’m a local and get to play it a few times a year, but Sanctuary is a hidden gem off 95. Course conditions are always great, greens are pure and fast, and the owner and management have a continua improvement approach. Recently finished a new short game practice area, and now looks like they’re building a new tee box on 13. It

Older fellow in the pro shop was very nice and offered details on the course, even though I’m familiar. Course was backed up due to a tournament and the group in front ask me to play with - bartender from Sanctuary and his friend Carol and friend Jerry joined on the backbone. All 3 were members and said they hoped we could play together again sometime. Thanks to Keith and Carol for asking me to Join them. Still Finished 18 in less than 4 hours.

course is in great shape. Pace of play was a little slow. Otherwise a really good day of golf.
