Shorecliffs Golf Club

I last played the course 5 yrs ago. I heard they were under going major improvements and was glad to hear that. The overall playability of the course was a big improvement over my previous experience. The greens remain some of the best in Orange County , distance calculation was difficult on the make shift holes necessary to have 18 holes open for play. A range finder would have been very handy.. I will play again soon and think it will be a little easier.

conditions are about average fr this time of year and with maintenance next week greens are not quite as good as usual.

I play this course about every quarter or two. It gets better each time. Greens were in great shape. Due to construction, they had valet parking. Nice touch! Friendly and efficient staff. Incredible value for the money. Keep moving in the right direction! You are putting pressure on the other courses to provide value!

Played after reading about renovations being done at course. Course layout is more like golf n stuff miniature golfing where you bank shots to get to hole. Course was green but fairways are not used much due to runoff and balls getting lost. Course empty and no wonder why so easy to get done in 3 hrs.

We wanted to play 9 holes with family and rates made it doable even paying for 18. Staff very friendly and helpful even carrying bag to car for elderly. The course is disjointed and in disrepair in areas but playable and enough length for fun. So it is available short notice and for fun golf.

Been going for over a year and the amount they charge is crazy. 55$ for Shorecliffs haha sc muni is 48$ and San Juan is 40$ these golf courses are 10x better yet cheaper than Shorecliffs.

Are you kidding me? Traveling through Cali — all indications were for a nice golf experience from my Golf Now research. Golf Now must be brain-dead. Avoid this course and be very septic all of anything that Golf Now recommends.

I was never a fan of this course due to poor condition. Right now, they are undergoing a complete redo of the course and the clubhouse. Those parts of the course that have been completed are in great condition. I look forward to the final product

Good course undergoing revision currently, but getting better and better. It's a challenge......you ARE going to lose a ball or two.....but FUN!

understanding course is under construction, yardage markers weak, greens good, staff not to friendly, checking in unpleasant, golf carts terrible my wife cut the back of her league on torn golf seat!!! marshal hulking in shadows giving us hairy eye balls following us around the starter did not have a clue what was going on 1st says not showing tee time then when found said you only paid for nine holes??? had to dig my phone out one more time to show him our conformation! I was a jr. member back in the 60's when we lived in shorecliffs my dad was a cmens club champ for 3 years have been playing here a while and will come back.
