Belmont Lake Golf Club

Very nice course, it was in good shape, well kept. The day I was there the greens had been sanded and looked more like a beach than a green. I played 36 holes that day and on the second round they looked much better. Definitely would play again if in town.

Play here all the time and the fairways and tee boxes were getting burnt up something awful this year. The last few weeks of rain have it back looking amazing!

Friendly staff and nice clubhouse receive you. The course is not too difficult, yet fun to play. Speed of play was good. Fairways and greens were is great shape despite the hot weather of the last weeks.

The only negative I can think off are the toilets on the course, they could use an upgrade and so much chemicals are used to clean that it takes your breath away.

This may come off as a bias review since i shot my best round ever(75). But honestly i love this course. If it was not an hour plus from my home i would join this club. Always in great shape always good pace of play. Always friendly staff. Great layout very playable wide fairways with big greens.. Only drawback is $8 range balls but as close to a perfect course as you can get

I booked the morning off, 45 miles one way got there and they were airating greens with only 9 holes open. They said you had been informed and did not post this on your t time. I think I should be compensated at least with a free round. Signed Very Disappointed!!

They only had 9 holes open 1-4 and 14-18, because they were aerating the other holes. I drove over an hour to get to the course. I played those holes twice for 18 holes. They charged me the deal time price, no discount for this mess. The golf course blamed Tee Times for not putting out a warning. I blame both Tee Times and the golf course. The course conditions were horrible. Another golfer told me that the irrigation system was broke. I was really looking forward to playing here for the first time and it was a total disaster! I will not be back and will not book through Tee Times or Golf Now any longer.

Didn’t know what to expect as this was my first time playing the course. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was. Fairways were great and greens were good. It was a shorter course than I expected but still was fun. Got a good deal and it was well worth the money. Highly recommend the course.

It’s been a year or so since I played it but it’s still amazing as it was then. The course and greens were in great shape and the staff was polite and friendly.

Course is great nice layout and very secluded at certain areas but the guy in the pro shop (didn’t catch his name) was not the nicest and very condescending, he also wouldn’t give my buddy his military discount on Memorial Day which just seemed a little bit much considering his reason why but he was the only complaint otherwise the course was great

Beautiful NC never disappoints! This course is perfectly situated right off 95 N! Perfect stop for traveling golfers. Staff friendly all around. Wide fairways, in great shape, no dry areas. Tee boxes were green and even. Greens were great!! Enjoyable course, not overly challenging, but shot selection needed for approach shots. I’m a 7 hcp and played the golds at 5450. Can’t wait to come back!
