Boca Greens Country Club

Well, total neglect of the greens and tee boxes. Do not recommend!!

The staff was excellent, super kind and helpful. The hod dogs were amazing 5$ and you get a bag of chips. Golf carts are gas and in good shape. The greens are being worked on and had “bunkers” in the middle of most of them. The fair ways are good. The bunkers are packed firm no fluff. And the tee boxes are good with some of them being fair. Over all for the hot price tee of 25$ it was worth it any higher than that and I’d play else where. Once the greens are in better shape the 35$ will be valid

Greens are still being repaired around some edges but they put the pins in areas not affected by the infected/sandy areas of the green..........don't hit it in the wrong spot LOL.

Fairways are getting better but it also helped that it rained both days before the round.

Extremely fast pace of play

However, lots of greens had sand spots… most likely due to some renovations but easily able to move my ball on the green a few feet over to avoid the sand. Really not an issue at all!

Every hole has a slight dog leg to it which adds a little challenge. There plenty of sand traps and water on just about every hole. The green were being repaired from busy season with som sandy patches but only about five greens that way. Seemed everyone started at hole one which created a little backup but not too bad. Overall a decent course.

Those worst greens I’ve played in my entire life. Literally covered in sand. Will never go back

After several rain events, the course is greener.

Fairways are in general, in decent condition.

Tee boxes are in fairly good shape, with some bear spots.

Greens need some serious work. Lots of weeds, many bear spots filled in with sand. It certainly makes putting

difficult.

Sand traps, well more dirt than sand.

I love the shapes and layout of this course. Plenty of doglegs, both left and right.

The staff is very pleasant and go out of their way to make you comfortable.

Used Golf Now, the price is very good.

Hoping they do something with the greens.

Amazing staff but the greens are in pretty bad shape

Fairways are in fair shape. Greens are absolutely horrible large sand spots, rough patches. 1 club length rule on green to get a clear path to the hole! Only thing good was the price and pace of play.

Greens were in pretty bad shape but I’ve seen worse . Very relaxed . Not very busy . They do really try to pair you up with others which I prefer not to play with people I don’t know just because I’m not a good golfer and the added pressure might be frustrating . We got lucky and the let us go . Staff is awesome , value is decent , and iguanas are everywhere .

Beware of the Osprey however . I saw it pick up a golf ball and fly away .

Back in it's day you can see that this was once a great club. Unfortunately it's fallen into disrepair. Empty swimming pools, boarded up Windows vacant rooms. Most of the greens have huge sand ruts in them, never saw anything like this before, not dry spots. Spots huge ruts of sand on the green. Some bear spots throughout approach and on fairways as well, but that was doable. It's the very poor condition of the greens that makes it unplayable. The staff could not be nicer, starter is friendly, professional and organized. Good practice area, pitching green putting green driving range. Place would be top notch.

Greens were extremely rough. Some were almost half sand. Bunkers had a lot of rocks. Fairways were decent. For only $25 I’d play again
