Eagle Landing Golf Club
About
The 7,037 yard Clyde Johnston design at Eagle Landing weaves through the Florida landscape and takes on a vintage feel as he incorporates several of the classic design holes from around the world into the par-72 layout.
"My goal, says Johnston is to intersperse classic holes such as the Redan Hole, the Eden, and the Cardinal into the routing in order to lend a sense of purity to the golf experience at Eagle Landing. Those individual designs are so technically and aesthetically complete that they can truly elevate a golfing experience."
Johnston's philosophy in designing a Club course remains the same as his other courses; begin each nine relatively easy and progressively get harder. The Eagle Landing course offers six sets of tees, from championship to youth tees, allowing the course to play as easy or as difficult as desired. Johnston's previous designs in northeast Florida include Eagle Harbor Golf Club, St. Johns Golf & Country Club, and Jacksonville Golf & Country Club.
Eagle Landing also offers a magnificent golf clubhouse with sports bar, fully-stocked pro shop, his and her locker rooms, and an elegant restaurant overlooking sparkling water and lush fairways. The staff of PGA professionals will coordinate a host of exciting tournaments and events on the course and in the clubhouse.

Good Course for the money.
Well maintained course, good value for the money. I enjoy everytime I visit. Everything that is included with your round purchase is great.
Beautiful golf course with fast greens!
First time playing Eagle Landing but won't be the last. Course is long but fair. The greens were true but fast! Even though I shot below average golf, I had an excellent experience! The entire staff was friendly and courteous.
Great Course, Very Busy
On Monday, October 15th, we played Eagle Landing, starting after noon. We found the parking lot full, the course was busy, the conditions were very good and the play flowed according to schedule. I have nothing but praise for the management staff and their ability to keep things moving along, with the large number of players on the course.
I love this course and the people who work here
Excellent staff assistance and greatly kept course. Greens roll super fast and the sand traps were fun to play. Did not score well but had a great time on the course. This course is very challenging.
Great Course well maintained.
This is a very nice course that was challenging for a beginner. It is a fairly pricy course without the deal I received from Golfnow. I would recommend this course and they do have a $30 a month development program that I did consider joining.
course was in excellent condition.
Would play here more if it was closer to where I live, outstanding shape.
Great layout.
Great Course. See Manny in the Pro Shop for any help that you need. Course is in great shape, greens are fast.
An excellent value
Only $23 with a cart and beverage. Free refills if you ask.
Great golf, great value!
A great course with friendly staff. GPS is part of your cart and provides a quick glance how far you are to the pin. Course is in great shape and the daily specials are a great value. 19th hole offers great service and selection.
Great Golf Course
This is my favorite course to play in the Jacksonville area, the fairways are cut nicely that gives you a good rollout and the greens always smooth and and the prefect quickness I like to play on.
Great course
All I can say is wow! Love this course. A lot of risk-reward shots to be tried here or you can play it safe, but playing it safe can make this one long golf course. Greens are some of the nicest, truest rolling I've ever seen.
Great course
Great course can be challenging for some golfers, yet still very fun outing
Greens were in good shape. Played it two weeks in a row.
One of my favorite Jax area courses. Good challenge but fair for higher handicap golfers.
Fun course and great value.
I really enjoyed this course the two times that I played it. The fairways and rough were well maintained. More importantly the greens were in good shape and rolled smoothly. I payed $20 on golf now and it included a free drink. That being said I went to play this course twice while I was in Jacksonville.
Hard to find better
This is the place that offers it all. Some very challanging holes in the mix with some holes that the somewhat higher handicap players can par or even birdie. This course is what golf is all about. (or should be)
This course is difficult but a joy to play.
The course is always well maintained , greens a little fast but nice. A course that favors the long hitter. Lots of sand so stay in the fareways. Nice clubhouse and very friendly employees. You will enjoy playing this course.
great condition
tee to fairway to green, well groomed course, well maintained
Extremely challenging and requires various shotmaking abilities.
Eagle Landing is in Outstanding condition and is extremely well managed.
