South/East at Spanish Wells Country Club

We play Spanish wells as one of our go to courses

The course was in nice shape and is a well thought out challenge, pace of play for how busy they were was good with no delays.

Staff are friendly and helpful, we always keep this course on our weekly play list just as all the courses in Southwest Florida it was a little pricey, but that is par for the course ( that’s a funnie! )

Very typical Florida golf course. Quite hard to remember the holes. Not spectacular but in good shape. Greens were good and speedy

While the price of the round was inexpensive , I wouldn’t consider it money well spent . Virtually every tee box was badly beaten up and what grass that did remain was much higher than one would expect . Fairways where in reasonable condition and the new greens rolled fairly well. Course layout made you feel that every hole was visually the same and green to tee box travel was quite an adventure .

Nice track. Good people at the course. Terrible range with only mats and only a few at the far end you are allowed to hit driver from. Quirky layout. Some very funky U spaced holes on the North 9. Greens were nice. Rolled at a good speed.

Not a bad course but overpriced. Price went up $10

From $135 to $145 in a matter of days.

Better drive it straight as water on every hole. Fairways are generous and greens rolled well. Nice bar and eeck for drinks and dinner after.

Course was I. Great shape. Greens rolled true. Got paired with a super couple. Can’t wait to go back. All staff were cordial.

The course was in great shape but there is a fair amount of water which is why I felt it was challenging.
