About

Bonita Fairways is situated near Bonita Beach, just a few minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport. The executive golf course is made up of seven par 4s and the rest are par 3s. The unique layout will test both your short game and long game. There is water throughout the golf course, though the hazards are larger on the front nine than the back. The front nine has a variety of other challenges as well including sand traps and doglegs. The back nine at Bonita Fairways has a different character than the front with more rolling hills and valleys, but there are still plenty of doglegs and sand. It is definitely a golf course where you can hone your short game but there are a few opportunities to grip it and rip it as well.

Busy in season but great course

Got paired with 2 out of 3 really nice guys. Pace of play was very very very slow. 2 hours on the front side. 20 min wait to get on the back side. Older ladies were not letting faster groups play thru. Backside took 1.5 hrs. Greens great. Some on the tee boxes especially on the back side need total reseeding. Staff is awesome. Susan checks you in.. always smiling and pleasant

Water and narrow

Played 18, I realize a lot of courses have water around here so that is challenge number one for someone who does not get the ball in the air well (my problem). Back nine had several narrow and even blind from the tee box. Course has some construction going on otherwise pleasant shorter course to do 18.

Fun course but slow

Great staff. Course in good shape but housing construction noise and area around 4th hole blocked off… slow play due to super senior players ….manageable but a real slow front side. Players in my group made up for it. Thanks

Nice course to warm up.

This is basically a slightly above executive level course with par 3's and par 4's. It was in good condition, especially the greens. some tees were rough because of the lack of sunlight but overall a fun track.
