Bonita Fairways
About
Bonita Fairways is situated near Bonita Beach, just a few minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport. The executive golf course is made up of seven par 4s and the rest are par 3s. The unique layout will test both your short game and long game. There is water throughout the golf course, though the hazards are larger on the front nine than the back. The front nine has a variety of other challenges as well including sand traps and doglegs. The back nine at Bonita Fairways has a different character than the front with more rolling hills and valleys, but there are still plenty of doglegs and sand. It is definitely a golf course where you can hone your short game but there are a few opportunities to grip it and rip it as well.

Lovely grounds but slow
The front 9 was extremely slow. Sometimes there were 8 carts on the hole! No marshal until we were well into our back 9. After 11th hole it started to speed up. Even though I usually play only executive courses (am a newbie), I found this course easy for distance (I used red tees but will try white next time). However, it was too challenging for me on the water holes as I can't hit the ball far enough to carry the water -- lost many balls!
Nice staff. And well kept greens
Always fun course to play. Great staff. Only wish the back side had a few longer holes instead o of so many par 3 s.
$90 for a pitch and putt
Tiny little course sprinkled in between condos. Decent shape, but very short par 3’s. Seemed like every hole was less than 110 yards. Should really be $30-40. Nice little course for the super seniors or kids. Was very slow as well, given the average age of the players. Nice people too.
Busy course with helpful staff
Played the Executive course my first time on a busy day after several rainy days. The staff were very pleasant and helpful in getting carts quickly cleaned up once off the course and rotated back to meet steady demand. The course was in good shape even with the high volume of use. The layout is narrow and could use some signage on tees indicating which green is in play for the tee box. As for signage, the pro shop needs some at the entrance as its street address is different than the address posted on the course website. Again it was a bit confusing on my first visit and would not be a problem for a second visit. The course is convenient and a good value .
High price for low quality
We have golfed at several public courses in the Naples area. This course offers by far the least value for the amount charged. Golf carts are poorly maintained with difficult parking brake action. There is no driving range. Other courses charging the same offer range practice with free range balls, complimentary tees, and electronic course outline on the carts.
It seems as though the main objective is allowing as many golfers as quickly as possible. This creates slow play with waits on every hole.
As for the course, it’s dry and torn up. The fairways are narrow and close to homes. The greens are in rough shape with ball marks and are very slow. Quite a boring layout with several par 3s.
We would not recommend this course.
Good course too short between tee times
I liked the layout of this course. For an executive track I liked it. The line up for teeing off was silly and we waited at every hole
Beautiful course
The course is lovely. It is very short but I went to work on my short game. It was perfect for this. The greens were in great condition. The ranger did a great job monitoring pace of play and offering words of support.
Bonita find
Great warmup round with the par 3 and par 4 holes. Back nine was a bit more distance.
Excellent Course
This is an excellent course that is very well kept. It was a little slow on the front nine, but opened up on the back nine and overall was a wonderful time & nice course. Definitely recommend.
Great Par 3 Course
Course was in great shape, greens were well maintained. Finished in under 2 hours. Would play again
