Bonita Fairways is situated near Bonita Beach, just a few minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport. The executive golf course is made up of seven par 4s and the rest are par 3s. The unique layout will test both your short game and long game. There is water throughout the golf course, though the hazards are larger on the front nine than the back. The front nine has a variety of other challenges as well including sand traps and doglegs. The back nine at Bonita Fairways has a different character than the front with more rolling hills and valleys, but there are still plenty of doglegs and sand. It is definitely a golf course where you can hone your short game but there are a few opportunities to grip it and rip it as well.

Bonita Fairways review
I loved this course. It’s mainly a par 3 course with a beautiful layout. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The cart path was a bit confusing around certain holes but nothing you can’t figure out! Overall, I had a grand time playing and will definitely be coming back!
Fun short course to play with some challenging holes. Small greens but overall course and greens were I. Pretty good shape. Great value for the money. Be sure to clear the water on holes 9 and 18 or you might have to wrestle with the gator to get to your ball.
Few of the wholes, you have not Idea where the greens are from the tee
Another great day
Nice executive coarse. Gave a 2 star for the off coarse amenities because they were only open till noon due to thanksgiving. Totally understandable. Wish that there were washrooms out on the coarse. Staff was very friendly.
Wife and I enjoyed the day
Staff was excellent and super friendly. Our tee time was on schedule. There were a few holes we had to wait about 15 minutes for the groups in front of us - it took us almost 4 hours to play 18; sign in carts suggested our round should take 3 hours or less, so slow play was encountered. Gave me more quality time with my wife waiting for our next shots. Fairways and greens were in good shape. Despite slower play, friendly executive style course good for family and spouse play.
Fun short course
Good value in season especially to practice your irons. Short and fun course. Susan at golf shop always cheerful and smiling! New starter is super friendly and a navy vet. Thank you for your service

Course was in decent shape, pace of play was ridiculous.
