Manatee Golf Course

We really liked the course. It is in good shape. The greens were nice. You could even leave a ball mark on the green and then repair. We would play again.

Had some time and found a hot deal that allowed me to play the course for a good price. Some rain kept most off the course so things were pretty open and I could play at the pace I wanted. The greens were in great shape and the fairways looked good too. Very little under construction or suffering from lack of rain this year. Really enjoyed playing the course.

Greens are nice rest of the course needs help. I'd recommend it because of the price. Full price I wouldn't recommend it.

Had a great time, but the ponytail hippie behind the counter is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met!

If I had known that it was cart path only I would not made the reservation.

OK so I got off a 10 hour flight the night before this game and only booked it once I knew my clubs had also made the journey safely.

Read the reviews and booked it. Glad I did. Long drive from Tampa avoiding tolls but worth the drive.

Staff were friendly on arrival. Paired me up with 2 other guys who had played the course before which was helpful.

Course generally in good shape I thought and represented good value for money.

Pace of play was the only issue. Arrrived on tee for the playing partner's earlier tee time to find a 4 ball waiting on a 3 ball who had arrived ahead of both of their tee times. The 3 ball let the 4 ball through after 5 holes. Turned out they all knew each other.

We got let through after 9 as they went for a bathroom break. We still had to wait on pretty much every hole. No sign of any Marshall to speed up play anywhere.

If they are hiring I will gladly do it!

This was my first time playing this course and I had read reviews prior to playing. The course was in better shape than what others made it seem. The tee boxes and fairways had some patches here and there, but overall for the price point it was in good condition. The greens were in great shape! There’s a lot of palm trees and of course alligators, but they leave you alone. This isn’t a Country Club or resort level golf course, so it wouldn’t be fair to compare it to that level. I played in the morning and finished 18 in under 4hrs. The course offered a good balance of challenge and forgiveness. I’d recommend this to anyone that’s looking for a fun and affordable place to play.
