Nice course in good shape

I booked a tee time very last minute (as the plane was landing in Shannon) and drove over (recommend checking out Clare Abbey on the way if you time).

Everyone was nice (as usual in Ireland) and the course was in good shape. My only suggestion would be to get the greens running faster, if feasible -- They must be something like a 6 or 7 stimp.

That said, this course is deceptively challenging -- The fairways on the front 9 are narrow and the rough, even though only a few inches thick were punitive.

Green fees are very reasonable, especially through Golf Now.

It's nice that they let visitors use the member's locker room, which has showers -- Didn't have time to use the shower but it's nice that they're there.

Temp greens shockin

Course in tatters, temp greens were not greens but a flag in the fairway Infront of the greens not a single attempt made to cut the grass around... Balls getting lost amongst the daisy covered fairways also... Bit of a s,#t show at the moment
