Played this course and what a gem. Even got a few tips from an elderly gentleman playing the course. Love to return some day

Long narrow course, lacking in par 3s but very well kept

Course in good condition for time of year, greens excellent might suggest use of matts to protect fairways

I booked a tee time very last minute (as the plane was landing in Shannon) and drove over (recommend checking out Clare Abbey on the way if you time).

Everyone was nice (as usual in Ireland) and the course was in good shape. My only suggestion would be to get the greens running faster, if feasible -- They must be something like a 6 or 7 stimp.

That said, this course is deceptively challenging -- The fairways on the front 9 are narrow and the rough, even though only a few inches thick were punitive.

Green fees are very reasonable, especially through Golf Now.

It's nice that they let visitors use the member's locker room, which has showers -- Didn't have time to use the shower but it's nice that they're there.

Really enjoyed our round in Ennis. Course has an interesting layout which makes it pretty fun. Place was in great condition and the staff here were very accommodating and friendly. Looking forward to getting out here again soon.

Decent course with good value for money for the green fee paid. Staff were helpful and friendly.
