Fairways need something. Thin grass

Fairway and greens are in good condition. There are some challenging holes but overall not too difficult for a 20 handicap. I'm going back next week.

The course is adequate for the discounts on Tee Off. some fairways & greens could be better, but everything playable. Several areas very wet from over use of sprinkler system.

Check In @ Pro Shop was adamant we had to wait till our Tee Time, so we waited around for 25 minutes. We went to the first tee box 10 min before our tee time to loosen up and prepare to tee off…but knew we had to wait for 2 guys that checked in and were on the driving range.

They arrived late for their tee time, tried to tee off from the tips, duffed the ball and hit our golf cart. After 3 holes, they let us pass.

I played this course twice this trip. Once again, I received a very frosty reception from the young woman at the counter. I was told that I was “too early”, having arrived, as is my custom, half an hour before my tee time. I was angrily told to keep my eyes off her tee sheet when I made the mistake of glancing at her computer screen. Apparently it wasn’t just me, however, because the couple I played with also commented about how nasty this woman was.

Anyway, once I finally got to the tee I thoroughly enjoyed my round. The course is not in great condition. But it’s not that bad, either. The greens roll better than they look and more often than not you found some grass under the ball in the fairways.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this course to someone looking for decent golf at a decent price. Just watch out for the angry lady at the desk. On my second trip the other lady at the desk was very nice, as were the guys I encountered looking after the carts.

I was pleasantly surprised with the improved condition of the course. Hopefully the improvements will continue which will make this course a great value and more popular. I will definitely frequent this course more often.

Noted to golf shop staff.. fairways are like hitting off concrete.. no to little grass, plenty of open, bare spots to choose from... green are in need of serious help as well. Staff knew.. and advised they are working on it.
