Dump
What an absolute dumpster fire of a golf course. The brass balls it took to, with a straight face charge 40 bucks for that course is truly impressive.
Very poorly maintained, seems like it’s very overdue for just basic facility maintenance. The greens were in horrible condition, some were missing 70%, of actual grass, mostly just mold and dirt.
Good but course needs some love
Bad rotten greens on most holes. Rough would bury your ball . Lots of palm froms all over. It was $10 with golf now. Otherwise I would goto lpga. wouldn't pay more than $15 or $20. Goto lpga for a good course. Come here and play if your a novice or want practice. Not the staffs fault. Owner needs to put a little more $$ into it instead of trying to abandon it.
Greens-greens-greens
The greens have not improved over the summer
High % of many greens r not putterable-
Is that a word
Need to replant with a new seed type
Rest of the course is fine
The price is where it should be
Going Downhill
I grew up around here and this is the worst I have ever seen it, all greens including putting greens are like putting on a Armadillo skin. we did a mandatory 2 putt rule and move our balls to a better path to get I do not believe they brought this to Golf Now's attention as a warning to their members. I will revisit in a year, but probably not, I will move on to another course. I would not refer this course at this time.
Pelican Bay
Fairways are better and mostly green
Greens are not good. As they have been all summer
Many bare spots
Fun course but not good putting
They water greens but I don’t believe that they planted seed. They need grass!
I play because the rate is low and no one else plays there
I do play elsewhere that r more expensive and putting is better
Worse and worse
I’ve came here since 2020 and it’s been nothing but downhill ever since. Don’t get me wrong. $35 to tee off at 7 AM is kind of a giveaway about how the course is gonna be… but man is it bad now. If you don’t hit a fairway it’s gonna be tough finding your ball. Tee boxes need some love. Greens are close to being non-existent. Greens are the worse I’ve ever seen. The best thing about the place is the pace of play. There was no one there.
Greens
The greens were terrible seems like fungus got ahold of them and due to the rain caused half the greens to be mud pits… a majority of the greens had more dirt than grass on them.
Great course….a lot tougher than she looks!
Great course … Anna Marie was great. I left my range finder and she fixed me right up. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.
Cheap Tee Times
The price for 18 holes isn’t bad for this place if you are wanting to practice your shots. This is not the course to practice putting as the greens are a MESS! No green was good they all had dead grass spots down to the dirt which made reading lines difficult. I would plan to play this course alone but if I wanted to have a round with a friend this is not the place I would take them.
This course is not what it was portrayed to be.
This course ultimately sucked. The greens were as hard as concrete and there was more dirt on the "greens" than grass.
Last minute deal
Booked last minute. Had fun. Wish greens had more green.
