The Club at Pelican Bay - North Course

Used to be a good course and played I it regularly. It seems that with this pandemic, they have no course attendants. The rough hasn't been mowed in weeks. Some places it is over 12 inches deep. The fairways and greens don't appeared to have been mowed in a week, since I played there last. I hate that they are letting it go, because I used to enjoy playing there.

Great course for beginners, however we didn’t get to play much today, about 3 holes in it started down pouring and didn’t stop. I asked for a rain check but they said since I booked through golf now they could’ve give one.

Played several times in past few years. The tee boxes were ok. The fairways were extremely hard with no give for the average golfer. The greens were hard with large bare spots. The staff was pleasant. Probably done with pelican bay not for the average golfer.

This was my first time at this course. I go a lot of places around Central Florida and was pleasantly surprised with Pelican Bay. Course conditions were pretty nice except for a few dead patches on some of the greens. Layout was not super difficult but did create some challenging shots around some of the dog legs. Stay in the fairways to avoid the many canals and small ponds running along side. Pace was good except for the foursome of older gentlemen in front of us. Practice facilities were great. I will definitely return soon.

I was a single. Did not see another group until the 16th hole. Some greens need help but overall playable. Nice course for the price.

I have played here before. Last time the greens were like dirt. Now there is grass but still a little rough. Course is interesting with some water to cause problems if you stray too far off line. Tight in places but otherwise fairly open. One hole on the back requires a carry over water to get to the green. Price is right. Staff is super friendly. I would recommend this course if you can tolerate a little rough around the edges conditions. On number 2 there was a sand turtle in the fairway bunker. Interesting.

You can definitely see the work & focus being put forth to improve the playing surfaces. Upon checking in this morning, We were assisted by an absolutely AMAZING Staff member. ANNA MARIE completely displayed what the standard in customer service should be. Made feel very welcomed and that she was thankful we chose to enjoy our round with her today. She is a HUGE reason we will be back very soon.......Thank You Anna Marie!!!!!

Course was nice getting better from what I heard.

But this review is for the lady running the pro shop.what an amazing attitude she had she was so helpful curtious and polite ALL golf courses should have a person like her running the pro shop. I will be back if for nothing else to say hi. She started and ended our round with the best personality imaginable. THANKS AGAIN WISH I CAUGHT YOUR NAME.

Challenging with lots of water and traps. Narrow fairways. Greens a bit rough but all in all with GN good value.

This is our new favorite course to play because the staff are always super friendly, they are never overly crowded, the course itself is surrounded by canals of water full of wildlife for almost the entire way, and overall it's a laid back round of golf.

This was our second time playing this course and both times we've walked away saying how great the round was. The course could use some maintenance as it's showing its age. The greens were in definite need of repair, but the rest of the things we liked made up for this.

We'll be making this a regular course in our rotation!

The shape of the grass on the greens effected the putting poorly.
