New for us
Greens and fairways in good shape, a few soft spots due to the recent rain. Bunkers were mud, not sand. Nice bar but partially closed due to a private party. We’ll play here again.
Great course design and value
No complaints really other than the course was way too wet. Im on hills and downslopes that are somehow soaked and have water coming out of the ground with every step. The same can be said for a couple of the tees boxes in and around them. There seems to be some serious drainage issues going on here. Played with soaked socks all round.
Fun track. Great layout
I enjoy playing here when I can. Course layout on the front is about as fun as you can get in NJ and peak playing season the course is in wonderful shape usually. Pace of play always depends on groups in front of you but the staff is great about making sure things are moving along. Drinks are pricey but it’s worth the trip to play here if you can!
Poor staff
Cart broke down on the 4th hole called the club house and told them they said they will bring a new one out. I told them to meet me on 5 by time they get out there. They never came I had to abandon cart and carry my bag the rest of the way to. 9 where I was so fed up with the clubhouse staff I went to my car and got my own push cart for the rest of the course. They did not even offer a refund for the cart as they charged me for it.
Good Winter Golf for New Jersey
Fairways and greens were in great shape for February golf especially after the snow that was on the ground.
