Scored 5 points, granted I’m not that handy at golf but it was tougher than a poorly hung steak. If my shots were appalling to look at, at least the views of the course made up for the deplorable play on show. Will return, might even have a pint.

Great Course but slow pace of play
5 hour round!

Course was in very good condition in fairness - nice greens and beautiful setting, but 2 major issues.
We were forced to play on 'green' tees which reduced the distance of the holes by way too much - most of them were beside the ladies tee boxes. One of the par 5's was reduced to 390 yards which is a joke for a championship course. The dog-leg par 4's had most of the dog-legs removed.
On top of this - course ranger was the most impolite person I ever came across on a gold course. Very disappointed.

Nearly perfect
Due to Covid restrictions only one person was allowed in each buggy but they still insisted on charging €40 per buggy which basically doubled the price of our round . In these uncertain times having some care for your customers instead of ripping them off would have been nice
