Boca Royale Golf & Country Club

I enjoyed my round…the course is nicely laid out. Will know the landing areas better next time I play there. Found the course in only average shape. The fairways were not consistent. Good value for the money though.

We have played here many times in the past and we’ were very disappointed with the course condition generally.

Nowhere near as good as previous visits especially the greens,

Booked the round as it was priced about $25 less than other area courses. You get what you pay for.

There was no disclosure that the course was having maintenance or construction going on. 10th hole par 4 played about 130 yards because of a temp tee box and the par 5 18th didn’t even have a green. A hole with a flag about 175 yards in front of the original green was the target.

Greens were in need of or in the middle of repair.

Will not return here in the future.

Fairways had little grass greens are slow .the construction didn't help ..glade we got a hot deL or we would have paid too much

Hole number 10 has a temporary tee box changing the hole from a par 4 to a par 3 with a disgusting green. Hole number 18 has a temporary green and the hole plays about 100 yard shorter turning the finishing par 5 into a par 4. Other than that, the course is a decent layout and in decent shape. Plenty of hidden danger around dog legs and well placed crossings. We were paired up with a twosome that had course knowledge which was hugely helpful. Worth the green fee's but I wouldnt pay any more.

Love playing Boca Royal. Friendly staff. Good conditions. Some work being done on a couple holes but doesn’t affect the experience.

They’re doing some work in a couple holes, 10 is shortened to a par 3 and 18 has a temporary green but the rest of the course is in great condition. Staff is friendly, course is challenging but not insane. Nice bar, restaurant, and drink cart. Lots of wildlife.

Course was great. Starter was very rude & had an attitude.. Told us that they weren’t making any money on us. We’ll why offer it at that price online? When we asked about the 18th hole they were working on he snapped at me saying what am I talking about it’s brand new. We’ll it wasn’t yet…it was still being worked on. All four of us were surprised to have someone that rude be a starter.

Greens and Course in good shape . Challenging layout. It has a lot of doglegs .There are a few water challenges, especially on the front nine. Pace of play was good. . They were working on the course today ,so unfortunately there were two temporary greens. Aside from that ,the course plays nice. There are birds and turtles and gators that added to the ambience . Got paired with two good dudes from Scotland. Had a fun day of golf. Recommend this course. Will return..
