Boca Royale Golf & Country Club

Enjoyed our Round, Was very wet due to a major Rain the night before, Enjoyed The Layout can't wait to play again.

I had my first hole in one today on hole #5. The greens and tee boxes were in great shape. Fairways were dry and had some roll. The greens were in really nice condition. Overall in great condition considering hurricane Elsa passed close by 10 days ago.

Played 18 two days after Hurricane Elsa left. Course was soggy and standing water. We also played in the afternoon heat. So what! Living in paradise and the course was still nicer than a bunch others out there. Staff were great and I will be back. Pro shop was well stocked with lots of thing I want but don’t need..

Suggestion: Put an ATM in the pro shop (I didn’t even ask if there was one on the property so my bad).

Had the best morning golfing with my daughter for Father’s Day. Friendly staff from the cart service to the pro shop. The pro suggested using a yardage book they provided as this was the first time we golfed this course. The book helped make this a very enjoyable round. We will be back!

Tight, old Florida “target“ golf course, lots of big old growth trees, very pretty, tons of water and trouble. A lot of fun, bring your best short game. You really don’t need a driver here, just a strong 4-iron off the tee. Some very nice homes here. You can make it around in just about three hours, a good distraction. Plenty of opportunities to lose balls in the water hazards. A good track for couples golf. The greens are fast and very sloped, quite difficult to score on. Get ready for that. Overall a good value, I had a lot of fun, even though I did not score well.

The staff is the BEST! Always helpful and friendly. The course is scenic with lots of interesting wildlife.

Course in rough shape. Hasn’t been watered in weeks. Lot of bare areas along fairway and near greens

For playing in May 22 I expected the course to be in better condition. They obviously don’t irrigate because there were so many dry spots. Greens had been aerated so putting was a challenge.. Definitely NOT worth the $47. I’ve played better muni courses.

Played here by myself today. Staff was incredibly nice and let me start on the back, so I didn’t get backed up as 2 groups had just gone off the front. Every group I ran into was very nice and let me play through.

The course itself is in good shape. Greens are quite small and pretty easy to read. Fairways are pretty tight and challenging. You’ll definitely want some sort of app to give you a GPS look at the hole as the carts and holes don’t provide any GPS or maps of the holes, but not a big deal as there a million apps that do nowadays.

I’d definitely play it again.
