Disgraceful
Only 9 holes open when I got there - course was very soggy - should not have been open - tee shots sinking on the fairways - pro shop was empty as pro had retired - took my new white carry bag - after 9 holes it’s ruined - having traveled from Sunderland - I choose this course while there on business - - would not go back or recommend this to anyone - worst golfing experience Iv had
Everyone should try this course out
The glamorganshire is one of the best courses I have ever played and at £16 a round is an absolute bargain. I would definitely recommend this course to golfers of all abilities, even if you play off 36. I was a little concerned as I arrived wearing untailored shorts with no socks, however one of the members was extremely accommodating and assured me this wasn't a problem and the dress code was less strict nowadays. In fact we saw a few golfers in trainers and football shirts. If you're new to the game, don't have all the kit and sometime hack the course up a little..then don't worry....give the glamorganshire a go.
Well worth a visit
Even with the previous day and nights rain, the course was in great condition, the greens were superb, well worth a visit, beautiful views over the bay, will be returning in the future and hopefully the weather will be better.
Lovely course at the Glamorganshire
Beautifully well kept course with some really clever holes and stunning views up on the 16th of the Bristol channel. We will definitely play there again.
must play golf course
wonder full golf course and a must play for anyone who enjoys golf.
Fantastic
Great course, great condition, friendly members. Will definately come back.
Wanted to check the course out as I am playing it at the end of the month. Very glad I did and looking forward to playing it again. The course was in great condition with fantastic views from various holes and the greens were spot on. If your looking for somewhere new to play then this course Is well worth checking out.
Beautiful views
The highlight of the day was the views of the channel which were spectacular on 3rd and 16th holes.
Although temporary tees, course was in very good condition, fairway shots still had some run and the greens were good paced. This is quite a long course, lots of walking but suitable for us ladies. We really enjoyed our round.
