Superb Course
For me - Swanseas best park course. Well maintained and in great condition. Really enjoyed playing. Members are very welcoming.
Lovely course
Lovely course in excellent condition. Managed to get it at the bargain price of £27 per head.
Outstanding!
What a beautiful course and at £22 with a GN hot deal it was probably the best value for money round i have ever had 👍👍
Great course
Played this course for the first time and a real challenge plenty of bunkers.course is in great condition greens are fantastic.nice chipping green and putting green for practice and staff and members were nice.payed 37 quid for a round which is reasonable at this time of year can't fault anything there tbh would definatly play there again.
Excellent value for money
This is a little gem amongst the expensive courses on Gower and locally. Course was in great condition, greens were nicely cut and ran true, fairways were lush and no bare patches and tee boxes in very good condition. There are a lot of very interesting and challenging holes and none are easy. I will definitely return as it's a change from a links and others in the area and great value for money.
Best Memories In a Long Time
First time playing at this course, but having said that I’ve only played for a few months. The staff Chris was so helpful and welcoming. I played with my son who’s only played a handful of times, so we’re not the fastest. However spending this warm sunny day at this golf course with my son created a moment of realisation for me. This is a day where amazing memories were made for me and my son !
Friendly course
Lovely course, in great condition. Good layout and excellent value for money, with very friendly and helpful staff
Some lovely looking holes and some challenging - definitely worth a visit
Great course
Was welcomed warmly by the golf pro in the shop, as it was the first time I played the course was given directions on where to go, corse was in great condition and tee boxes were well sign posted, only down fall was the pace of play as the 4 ball in front of me had 4 chances to call me through to help with pace of play, but will definitely return to Fairwood soon
Good day out
Fairwood park golf course on Gower is a excellent park's golf course, and superb value for money.
Playing this course is very enjoyable.
Friday fairwood
What I lovely hidden gem.
Course in fantastic condition.
Greens were perfect.
Excellent day out
A very well kept course, in excellent condition for the time of year.
Definitely play the course again.
Great course.
Great woodland course with good playing challenges.
Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff and players.
Fantastic value for money compared to other courses nearby.
Would highly recommend this gem 🏌️👍
Great forgiving course
Fantastic course, 100% coming back. Man in pro shop nice person too. Very welcoming. Only minor problem I had was a four ball in front of the people in front of me were awfully slow and wouldn’t let anyone play through. Other than that: the setting and the course was amazing. Really well kept. Everyone I met was happy and welcoming.
Greens!!
Fairwood, in my opinion is one of the best courses in Wales, however, when I played this time, the greens were impossible to putt on. They had been hollow tined, which is a nessasary task, however, the greens hadn't been sanded or rolled, making the putts follow the lines of holes, it was farcical.
I hope the course improves for the benefit of the members there, because it is a fantastic course.
