Druids Heath Golf Club at Druids Glen Golf Resort

2 ball (14-16 handicaps) 3hrs 55mins for the round, 25/30 mins longer than should have been(nothing major, just caught up with a 3ball + 4ball around the 13th). Staff member was very welcoming and clear re course conditions(pretty wet). Greens on front nine a little rough, improved on the back nine, not there yet(no surprise given the recent weather)

The course itself was very enjoyable. Unfortunately our 3 ball was stuck behind three 4 balls that were playing VERY slow. A Marshal was missing on the course to monitor the pace of play!

this course great features

A course where thought & imagination is required, avoiding the many dangers is key to a good game particularly water on 2, 3 and 13th play smart here and you will benefit. Fast greens. Great wildlife for the nature lovers.

good value got for 20euro deal. enjoyable, with some better course maintenance would class as a very good course, have played big course in the west of ireland and yes the are quality though for value for money this is up with the best.

Arrived early and hired a buggy. Staff pleasent but no inter action. Have you played here before ? Whats your handicap ? Suggest you play off blue/white/green markers ?Do you need any drinks / water ? Captains prize day on and visitors booked to play at same time ??? Very stop start and ranger tried to push players in Captains on and have us stand aside, even though we were in the middle of fairway, about to take our shoot, having waited 5/8 mins for the players ahead to leave the green ?? Still enjoyed our game and was a plesent sunny day and hope the next time, there is no club competition on.

Positives - tough challenge, some lovely holes, well kept in parts.

Negatives -extremely slow play.a 3 ball playing out of 2 bags ahead of us. People driving around in buggies shouting all over the place. Bunkers not raked and some fairly bare. Condition of parts of course pretty poor.

Ok value. Wouldn't rush back as overall experience was meh.

played the heath for the first time and found it challenging, The condition of the course was excellent, the only down side was slow play which resulted in us not finishing our round along with others, we had phoned the pro shop to inform them of slow play but no response, we left at the 13th as we had three different groups waiting at the same tee box so it was time to call it a day, Dissapointing.

the course is well maintained. it offers a challenge that is enjoyable. i would return to this course any day. well done to golf now for getting such a great deal on this course
